On the weekend, I do not set my alarm. Sometimes I wake up and panic, thinking it is a work day and I'm 3 hours late...

I fell asleep once on my lunch hour. Sat on the couch and closed my eyes for a minutes, woke up 3½ hours later.
My boss laughed at me the next morning when I told him why I didn't come back to work after lunch. My wife, on the other hand, was not amused. (Then again, she's the one always telling me to stop playing so late and go to bed already.)
Still, it's not as bad as the time I found a co-worker sound asleep at his desk at a previous job.
