The Tooth Fairy slasher/chase that kind of stuff...
The Serbian Movie it's not really a horror...but its more...complete mind rape/you will never forget this movie kind...tho I warn you it has some VERY VERY strong scenes...(Im not kidding)
And a friend said that that new Chernobyl movie that came out I think last month is good as well. And you can give it privately, make it a giveaway or anything it's your choice, but you just cant abuse/go over the rules.
Edit: There is also a movie thats based on Brazil, and there are tourists that come and visit and then we sell their organs and stuff, its pretty good as well. No idea the name tho.

A Serbian Film is definetely insane, grotesque and disturbing but it's so well shot and acted, plus, it's an interesting film to discuss.

That's the purpose of the movie. To make you (very)uncomfortable knowing that these things actually happen in real life.

Sadly Shadow, I have to agree with you. Just like with Salo there is a message and meaning but I just have to wonder if it was that necessary to make it so... literall (You get fucked even when you die, they fuck you from birth, etc.)?

Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon - a fauxumentary/comedy about a serial killer. Brilliant when he's showing all the painstaking setup + predictions for how people will react in a stereotypical 'teens in a house in the woods' scenario.

Tucker and Dale vs Evil is a pretty good comedy horror. It's not scary but is quite gory.

I'm not really a fan of Modern horror movies(serial killers, plagues etc) since I don't find murderers scary but I do recommend some Asian horror Films. The storyline can get pretty pathetic, but the shock scenes are pretty scary since I know you guys aren't used to them. I recommend The Eye or Ringu(1998)

These are not the scariest or best produced movies but they should entertain you if you're running out of things to watch:
The Strangers ((Slasher / Disturbing with Liv Tyler)
Plot:
A young couple staying in an isolated vacation home are terrorized by three unknown assailants.
Funny Games (Slasher / Disturbing)
Plot: Two psychopathic young men take a family hostage in their cabin.
Pontypool (Zombie/Disturbing)
Plot: A psychological thriller in which a deadly virus infects a small Ontario town.
(This one is pretty original, the story mostly takes place inside a radio station and the events are described by callers, I recommend it).

Paranormal Activity is a good found footage horror. Watch it at 2AM with lights off, all doors in the room open, and with a girl.
Also, I think this will be good when it comes out: V/H/S (NSFW Redband trailer)

Tucker and Dale vs. Evil - satire maybe, not really a comedy but... it's Tucker, and Dale...
The Thing - if you haven't seen it, it should be the top of your list
Evil Dead / Evil Dead 2 / Army of Darkness - what I like to call rowdy horror
The Walking Dead - not a movie, series on AMC but absolutely cool
There was an old slasher movie, I can't remember the name but on the jacket it says "by pick, by axe, bye-bye" - really good
Pumpkinhead - old monster movie, worth a watch if you haven't seen it (don't bother with the sequels)
the original Dawn of The Dead and especially Day of The Dead
Bad Taste - old parody gore/horror (aliens, exploding cows, etc)

TREMORS (I can't believe I forgot this one, classic monster movie)
CRITTERS
JAWS
Children of the corn
Botched (horror/comedy) Trailer
Severance (horror/comedy à la Shaun of the dead a bit) Trailer
All Stephen King movie adaptations (Cujo, Carrie, Christine, Misery, etc.)
Room 1408 (with John Cusack and Samuel l Jackson) - already mentioned
The Hills Have Eyes
The TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE + The Beginning (prequel) : need I say more?
Friday the 13th
Halloween
Alien Quadrilogy (my all time favorite series)
There was also this really good TV show called "Masters of Horror", you can probably find it one way or another on the Net. And of course "The Outer Limits" and "The X-Files" though these are not really scary.
That should get you started :D

I found out that I really like horror/scary movies and I would like to see more of them.
I really like:
I also liked Final Destination, Cabin in the Woods, The Thing ...
I am not searching for best acting/story, but it would be great if it would be at least decent.
When you suggest me a movie PLEASE write what kind of horror it is (slasher, disturbing, zombie, massacre, monster etc.)
I know that the things above are not all really horror, but I am looking for more horror ones too.
I will reply to all of the posts. I will check ratings, reviews, trailers and then decide if I will see it. It will take longer for some suggestions to decide.
ALSO, my friend bought some HiB V links for cheaper then 1$ and gave it to me, but I don't want to have it because I think it is kind of abusing HiB (and I prefer Steam keys). Would anyone want it? Am I allow to give it away on forums/via private giveaway? Else I will just throw them away.
