well u could play for honor,its lets you forgett everthing around you, once you got an adreneline rush and just want to break ur enemys bones.. sadly its bit expensive.
you should try some strategie or action games something that keeps ur mind occupied, also u should avoid dating sims and hentai games they kinda makes everthings worst.
