A dog and a cat in the house here. If I go back in time and include the animals who live or lived as friendly pets in my mother's house, I should add: fishes, mouses, ducks, turtledoves, a rat, hens, a gecko, a goat, a dwarf goat, parrots, an axolotl... I don't count myself in the list :-)

the dogs have one yard for them, the cat is insed the house and the birds in their spot.
only one dog barks at the cat but he doesn't care much, and the cat only like to look at the birds, don't try to eat them at all, so, they are all in peace :D

Well, they are a male and female. But they are just friends I guess. My previous bunny died at a young age unfortunatly.:( Knijntje and her were really close. Because she died so young I got him a new friend because they like to live in couples. They get along fine and they do play together and never fight, but they will never be as close as knijntje was with the previous bunny (snuitje).
Knijntje is Dutch. "konijntje" basically mean "little bunny" in Dutch. It came from that.

I used to have a dog and a lot of fish, but the dog died of old age and the fish were devoured by a bigger fish which finally died of old age ^_^
But I'd like to have a cute pet swan or sloth :3
Actually more cute animals I'd want as pets, but to name a few...

I have seven black chicks of egg laying hens. Can't post a picture because they scare too easily and have developed past the cute fluffy thing of a one day chick. They were eight a week ago but one died. I hope another one doesn't die while they grown up. Maybe I'll post a picture when they are fully grown and start laying eggs.

I keep them in a cardboard box with an incadescent lightbulb for now, they need to be warm. I live in a village, and plan to keep them in my grandma backyard which is big enough and a short walk from home.

That's a cute mexican red knee (if I'm not mistaken?)... I think spiders are fascinating but I generally just don't like having them too close to me. ;) That's why I'll probably never have a tarantula in my life. However if I did have one... p. metallicas are simply amazing.

The cobalt blue is really soooo fantastic!
I love spiders and I really like the small ones close to me. But I don't think I'd be able to handle a tarantula if I had one. It's a pity, but I can't help being afraid of big spiders, even if I know for sure they won't bite me/their bite is harmless.
But I'll still take them to a safe place and take care not to hurt if they happen to pay me a visit :)

Hi all, I was thinking that I have seen many cat lovers but no animal else, not even dogs and has surprised me, so I wanted to ask if there were more animal lovers in general like me, I have had birds , fish, even a snail xD and I'm thinking about getting a dog, I like husky and golden retriever, and I like wild animals big felines, wolf and eagle.
