Yes, that is the possibility. I still see the chance of such a discussion to raise different points of views. In this case it is indisputable civilians get hurt by Israel attacks and even with condemning hamas, west is vary towards the crisis which will undoubtedly come after this war. So it is still a double sided issue which should be approached carefully. hamas must be leveled to ground, if I my be blunt. But such an operation should not put the lives of civilians at risk. But with almos thalf of population from Gaza supporting hamas, that is a whole different problem in on itself ....Frankly everyone is in quite a pickle now.
But seeing how OP went a bit "crazy" in Ukraine thread once people started calling him out... if it goes the same here then I'm all for closing the thread. Don't get me wrong regarding this. I'd say for now its still on a fence on being supportive of terrorist group and trying to raise awareness for victims.

Until the end of WWII it was a British dominion, before WWI - part of Ottoman Empire. There was no such country, don't let anyone fool you.
After WWII Britain under advice of UN divided this dominion it parts, bigger part was given to Arabic people (now country of Jordan), lesser part become an Israel, that supposed to be bi-national, part of territories were supposed to be assigned for Jewish people, part to Arabic. Eventually Israel returned occupied territories, so as of 2005 they are in the original borders, with the difference that most of the country is still controlled by Jewish government (see the first attached image for timeline). And, if you still have doubts, I want to show you two more pictures. Second attached image is a photo of attack from Gaza on a peaceful city. Their missiles leave traces on the right, and on the left there is iron dome interceptor missiles destroying them to protect civilians. And third attached image is made by Iranian people (don't know exact author), shows how Arabic people see it - attackers who want to kill civilian people are heroes for them, and those who protect civilians - are monsters for them. Many countries recognized it. I was actually surprised there are so many. And honestly, I would not mind if there were two countries instead of one, it would make so much more sense than having one with two nations that don't like each other. So for all those conflicts, apart from obvious Arabs, I blame Britain and UN. The way land was divided after WWII was insane, they should have put much more attention to it. It would not guarantee absence of conflicts, of course, but imho the way it was done back then - guaranteed their presence.

It's worth bearing in mind - the question isn't "Who is in the right in this conflict?" it is about who is illegally occupying the land of the other.
It seems an odd question, because I don't think I've ever even heard the argument that Palestinians are "illegally occupying" Israel's territory, whereas the opposite - that Israel have been occupying Palestinian territory for decades - is very widely regarded as a matter of fact, and not a question of opinion at all.
It may have been intentionally phrased this way to produce the impression that more people think "Israel = Bad, Palestine = Good" and indeed, some people might be using the poll to vote who they think are "the good guys", but that's not what it actually asks.

The poll is biased to say the least. There is no such thing as "legal occupation". But there is much more than just "who occupied who", too. Technically, Palestine was recognized as a separate entity much later than Israel. And Israel, as a country, at that point was inside of it's borders, so technically, Palestine just come with "we now claim this land of israel to ourselves. That's not much different than occupation. But once again, there is much more than that. Originally Israel was supposed as two-nation country, with regions controlled by Jewish people and regions controlled by Arabian people. From this point of view, we again may see Jewish government as "occupant", I'm using this word in quotes, because occupation usually means taking territories of another country, while Israel is ONE country. And even this don't give full picture, since it was Arabian people who didn't wish to stay on their territories originally, and wanted all for themselves... This poll literally don't have sense. Correct question will be - who are terrorists, Jewish people or Arabian people, and history gives quite straight answer, that it's Arabian ones. And sad thing about this is that NOT ALL Arabian people are terrorists, some just suffer because they have terrorist government now. There is no easy answer of how to stop all this violence, but what I'm sure about is that Arabians don't give enough efforts to keep peace. Maybe if they tried diplomacy instead of terrorism - they would achieve something, who knows.

If you read "babies are "future terrorists"" as in a justification for anything, you misunderstood.
If you take a look at any situation with oppressed people, you will see flares of violence roughly every 15-20 years, when a new generation grew up and rebels against the oppression. That part of the video of about 2 or 3 random people in a crowd shouting something isn't the most important, although it is a little weird to see the camera pan to other people smiling and laughing and cheering on the idea.
You have people in high powers who loudly express said opinions which are a little more than controversial yet not lose their jobs or receive major backlash for it. Something is up. Maybe explain that? What if a muslim politician in an important position was to say those things against jews or israeli? How would that be received? I also want to know that if i spam/insult someone i get temporary ban. I reported few people who called me terrorist openly, abuse me and my family openly, insulted me in every possible way, continuously spamming my thread with thier fake IDF propaganda and still lurking around. Why they are not banned yet why there is double standard. Its been 5 days. looks like different rules for different people?. They can do whatever they want mods are favouring them? or the rules only apply on me?. I waited patiently 5 days.
