Because the OP listed it as DLC. I am perfectly aware that it is not game content, but DLC to most implies that it is, so listing it in a separate section would be prudent.

Primal is fun, if you're into hunting and crafting. Story and dialogues (fake language) weren't that great and it gets repetitive later on. But Ubisoft rarely puts disounts of more than 75% on it, so either buy it now or wait until the base price drops.
Can't say anything about 4, since I just bought it during this sale.

Just do the same as I did. Ignore cosmetics only board styles and soundtrack and just buy those Heroes DLC. Best sale for Rivals was 7.99 euros before and those DLCs cannot be bought outside Steam (no re-sellers) and therefore, 4.99 euros per DLC is great deal for me.

The newer Age of Empires II HD DLCs (African Kingdoms & Rise of the Rajas) are also at record lows and there is the additional discount via the 'complete your collection' bundle making it very temping but I think I'm going to hold off for now. Maybe I'll pick them up in the Winter sale.
