For Beholder - Blissful Sleep, there is a 'bundle' called Ministerial Bundle that contains Blissful DLC and it's cheaper at least for EU. 76% discount instead of 70%

Also, regarding on-the-fence discounts - I use the rule of thumb, IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO PLAY IT WHEN YOU BUY IT, then you may as well skip it. This sometimes goes for games with reasonable discounts too - saving money is sometimes the better policy :)
