I played with both an interesting photography technique and some Photoshop effects. The fire turned out pretty terribly, but the rest seemed pretty good...
Destroying the living room

My favorite thing in JC2 is repeatedly stealing helicopters mid-air to destroy the city.
EDIT: Let me know your thoughts on the Photoshop.

I'm loving these events. Unfortunately, I don't own any of the Just Cause games.

I just hit lvl 3, and have JC2
yay!
I think my favorite part of JC was the title basically. It kind of drew me in and the fact that it was open world and you could basically do what you wanted, just cause :)
Drawing of me blowing up the earth because global warming isn't fast enough!, just cause :)

Best moment in JC2 is explosions and rampages.
And some rampage
and plus city from a parachute

Megatherium, known as the ground sloths, were a noble and gentle creatures of times past, until humans came and there was no longer a place for gentleness in this world. But what if they were not extinct, but merely hidden, biding their time? And the time came right for them to enact a just revenge upon the ravagers of our beautiful planet?
Favorite screenshot: here
Favorite part: Well, the grappling hook of course. As for the story, I'm a fan of the Sloth Demon :-) Oh, just remembered - I spent a lot of time tethering cars to wind turbines.
I only have ~7 hours on Steam, but I played the game very extensively (I had like 85% completion, wanted to reach the maximum that IIRC was 99.9% due to bugs) in my pirate days before discovering Steam :-P It was one of the first games I bought when I turned legit. If this disqualifies me then so be it, at least I've got a picture of a sloth wreaking havoc from this, haha.
I also created this piece of artwork on Steam as a sign of my fondness for this game.

I like to enter stuff regardless of if the entry is valid as you might've noticed in the previous contest, so no hard feelings there :D
And bending the rules would not be fair, 100% agreed. It's not like I will resist buying this game for long, ghehehe

I have JC 1 + 2 and lots of time in game. Sadly, I got stuck trying to get 100% achievements but really enjoyed the game. Of course the grapple loads of fun... but I was very keen on destroying statues and killing guys to clean out towns. Good luck all, it might just be my first win on steam gifts :)

Uggggh. I have a copy for PS3 and played that one to the 100% point. Been considering getting a copy for steam but haven't gotten around to it yet. Really excited for the 3rd one, but I don't think my current laptop could handle such a task. It may wind up exploding.
Still relatively new to the site, enjoying it very much, but my level still needs improvement.
I do appreciate the hard work many people put into giveaways, puzzles, and etc. into this site. Looking forward to spending more time here in the future!

Awesome, I suck at drawing though and I probably won't install Just Cause 2 again in the near future to create some new screenshots, maybe I'll photoshop something though.
I played Just Cause 2 + the Multiplayer mod for quite some time and my favorite part is the excellent voice over.......just kidding, it's the flying, I just love flying and it's awesome in Just Cause 2.
You could even fly with cars and boats in the Multiplayer Mod with the stronger boost.
One of my 2 screenshots from the Multiplayer mod (take a closer look at the driver):

This is a photoshop work of me spreading some trouble as usual, codename 'Bear Rodriguez', I have no idea who gave that, anyway jumped from an explosive helicopter, while running from an explosion car mob that was after me after I bombed their stashed in the mountains, which released another explosions all through the place, while I casually slide in the air like a damn boss.
My favorite part from Just Cause series, revealing that ive played the first one way more than the second, besides explosions, i can clearly say that its how fluid and realistic the gameplay is, some games make everything for the player you click 1 button and the characters jumps, kills, makes awesome stunts and has animations for all of that and you did nothing, while in JC you can do that yourself, steal a car, make it heading a gas station, put it on fire, jump on the roof, open parachute, use hook on car to glide, and JUST WATCH AND ADMIRE YOUR WORK. I love how free we are to do whatever we want and everything has physics to interacted with.

People need to stop changing their avatars. It is really messing with me D:

There was so much destruction in Just Cause 2, I loved every hour I played of it. Awesome with a chance for JC3 :D
People always want bigger explosions, right ? So, Just Cause 3 would almost need Fallout style destruction to top that of JC2. We're talking about turning Medici into the Mediterranean Wasteland.
Just Out 3 : A post nuclear blowing stuff up game (the pun will be even better when the game has just been released :D)
It's hard to illustrate with just one screenshot, but I really like the setting and the graphics in Just Cause 2. Being in a plane when the sun rises or sets is a very nice experience.

When I was playing Just Cause 2, I felt that the main missions were over way too quickly. Before starting the final two missions (final mission starts right after you complete the one before it) I spent about 50% of the total amount of time I spent in the game just messing about, I didn't want it to end. When I finally started the missions, as a grand finale, I decided to get from the Three Kings Hotel to the starting point of the last mission without using fast travel. That "mission" that I set up for myself became one of the most memorable things in the game for me. The parts when I was without a veichle and had to run/swim through desolated parts, the joy of finally finding a beat up old car, that served me well for a long stretch, only to be blown up by Panays men. Got in to a large firefight, and continued from there with a tank :) Got in trouble a few more times and went through some other vehicles. Later I took a shortcut by going to an airport, stealing a plane, taking me the last bit towards my goal. It was quite the epic journey over a large portion of the map.

Not really wrecking havoc on that screenshot, except if you consider driving a boeing under a bridge chaos :P
My favorite part about this game being able to do whatever you want, whenever you want it. The insane amount of cars, weapons, hooking a statue's head to your car and driving around with it, hitting the military pursuing you with their leader's head etc.
Unfortunately i probably won't be able to get the 15 photoshop points as i don't have the program nor the skill to do anything with it. Good luck to all participants.

This thread desperately needs a bump.
And while I'm at bumping I can make an application.
For the mandatory requirements:
I - of course - have 100% of the Achievements in this game. I is so stronk
My favourite thing about Just Cause 2 is the open world aspect. I rarely used the extraction mode and just loved to fly with my Heli through the world. I enjoyed to see the exchange in flora and was impressed that this was possible, without having to load any new levels. This game also had a cool achievement layout and I appreciate that - like really much. achievements for varied grapple kills, yay x_x
About the screenshot: The ones I made for JC2 got lost, when my old laptop met it's maker (uhm...wait..what?)
So I went back to a location I remember fondly: The party-twin-blimp. Awesome idea and a place where I can relish all the vices life presents.
I don't know if I'll paint something this time. Someone already had the same idea I had. We'll see...

I am the chaos. I am the havoc. You will never see me, but if you do, it'll already be too late. I study your every move, I study you. I strike when I know you are at your weakest. With explosives, that's pretty much anytime, but that's besides the point! While you are comfortable with your daily monotonous grind, I am planning the future. Your future.
Just a simple hit mission in the clearly already run down city of Businessville. Kill multiple targets. Break in the night before. Set up multiple C4's. Confirm with secretaries that targets are in office and not out getting bagels. Ya know, the usge.
Cool guys never look at explosions, rite?
A brighter tomorrow. One with MORE explosions.
As most others have mentioned, fav part has to be the sandbox. Free to do what I want when I want (*within the bounds of the game of course). That is why everyone enjoys Fallout, Skyrim, and GTA right? I don't like my hand being held, I don't like being forced to do one thing. Moar games like dat plz.

How have only 5 spots been filled yet? :o Haha
My favorite part of Just Cause 2 is how it would crash on my machine after one hour of playtime on the dot!
Seriously though, definitely my favorite part of JC2 is the sandbox. I just love tying two people together, or tying a person to random objects and dragging them around. I also like surfing on cars, because some of the citizens are speaking my language and it's funny the way they talk. Like, super emphasized. "Oy! Bumaba ka diyan!" It was super startling the first time I heard it. Hahaha

finally reached level 3 but I don't have Just Cause 2. Have a bump for an awesome event :D

I played it on my brother's X360 and I have no play time on PC yet, but I can work on it. xD
When does the event ends? :)
EDIT: Nevermind, just read the title. xD
