No, I hate jigidi, unless the are less than 20 pieces. However, I am definitely not very good at solving the sure cryptic puzzles either. I prefer something mid-level, or at least straight forward.

I wanted to recommend the icebox cake "Zebra Cake" made with Nabisco chocolate wafers.... In my family we called it Jailbird cake, because it is striped black-and-white like prison's uniform in old cartoons.
But when I googled it for a recipe, I learned that the company discontinued the cookie in 2023!
The basic idea is you layer whipped cream, cookie, whipped cream, cookie, on and on and on, cover with a bit more whipped cream, and finally leave it in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 5 hours). The cream soaks through the once-crisp cookies, making them cake-like. When you cut this pseudo-cake, each piece is striped.
Living in Germany, I've bought a serviceable substitute cookie at Turkish food stores. Maybe others can suggest alternative cookies in different places.

So I got around to registering a jigidi account and now I have to wait 24 hours for it to let me post a puzzle. :( That's what I get for being a lurker most of the time. One more small train of giveaways coming tomorrow around this time or a bit later!

Im not big on puzzles, i do enjoy jigidis, some a lot- but some were terribly long. I think my sweet spot is not too small, not too big (but i never remenber the range of pieces lol)

It's been 12 years since I came to this site. I haven't been giving away as many games lately since I'm spending all day working on games now, but I figured since I am running late on my cakeday preparations, I'll make a placeholder topic for now. One giveaway is up and I will add some more over the coming week.
Also, yes/no to a jigidi for a portion of the cakeday train? Or would you prefer a different brainteaser? Dare I offer both to quench all kinds of puzzle fiends?
