I think you can just ignore the rules except for that some one didn't use the key on their own account. That is cheating and anything else can be put aside. All the rules is by your (gifters') opinion.

Yeah,. i don't really bother with the giant list of rules.
Level 1+ or 2+ or 3+ is plenty.
Oh and groups, and invite only, and whitelist.
There's enough to go around with just the site's basic rules without needing another third party site to complicate and restrict imho.

I do wish there is a ratio or win count filter built-in to the site, in addition to level restriction. I want to make giveaways visible in the main list on SG (ie. not in forum) but for people who has won very few games. Spread the love to all, y'know?

Yep, groups are the answer to that.
Public giveaways are for everyone. - post there if you don't care about the win ratio, or just set a level restriction of 4 or 5. Honestly if people get to 5+ they deserve the love, regardless of the ratio (after all in groups youll win more than in the public area.
Groups allow you to finely tune the giveaways. From 20 members, to 50, 250 or 1000 members instead of the 100.000 in the public area.
