Hmm... to be honest really hard to tell, Game Vault Editions are only known after people claiming them.
By the time when it's figured out they're mostly out of stock (If high demanding), but some survives and people takes chances/advantage to claim them later.
Like some Deluxe/Legendary Edition from older Game Vaults that people skipped those games thinking it was only Standard Edition.
But yep, really hard to tell, so basically gambling.

No trading/selling, thought about to get it for myself, but there are New Game+ mode and some achievements locked behind DLC, which is included in Deluxe Edition, so no point for me to get Standard version because I couldn't 100% complete the game without DLC. Anyway thank you for your answer!

Just watch an active stream for as long as it says you have reached max arp.
I have equiped articats so I can get 27 ARP for twitch per day.
When you got to a stream scroll down and make sure the twitch extension is activated.

It still dont seem like you get it, or you mean something I dont understand. If it was a payed game you would automatically get at least 3 cards for that license. For f2p games you get 1 card with every 9 dollar. If this sub would include base game it would still be the FP2 version and you would not receive any card because the value is under 9$ :)

If we had gotten a key for one of these from the giveaway, we probably would have been eligible for dropping trading cards, if those were ever being added to the game at all. While there have been exceptions to this in the past, more often than not it worked like that.
You are talking about the eligibility of free2play licenses (No Cost or Free on Demand) for dropping trading cards for every purchase of $9. Not only does this have nothing to do with what I am talking about, it also only applies to purchases in the respective ingame store anyways and not to DLC purchases in the Steam store:

That is diametrically opposite to what the official Steam FAQ I cited and linked explicitly states though, unless these DLC can be purchased from their ingame store. I am not arguing against your statement, I have no personal experience with that. I have the same experience. However, the "World of" DLC are an exception. I don't know of any giveaway of a DLC for another game which would have similarly behaved. It must have to do with the way they set up their "NoCost" DLC.

I heard some say you get it if you purchase DLC with your steam wallet and not use another payment option. Because I saw some said they got drops for Warframe, but I have no drop.
But for free DLC its not as common. I only remembered world of warship because it was fairly recent.
I also have two DLC for Capcom Arcade Stadium that was free and got drops.
And on The Lion's Song I have 6 drops from DLC, but that was for season pack.
I have vague memory that some other FP2 game gave drops when adding DLC, but can remember the names.

Never saw the email because I was forced to change my main email adress from a provider which I use 20+ years to a gmail adress which I barely look into.
Reasons were they banned those hosts because they had problems with delivering emails to those.
