I usually just make the most random game videos as possible, or other crap. If not, I post game tutorials like:

Or as everyone said, stupid shit:

Eat poop or bloody tampons.
Or just keep at it and hopefully people will like your channel, then it gets passed around by people until you are #1 youtube hit.

Let me guess, you heard about people getting paid for people seeing their videos?

monetizing might not be available in your country directly through youtube but there are a few networks approved by youtube that can do just that. tgn.tv is one example. check it out.

I don't know much about becoming famous on youtube mself, but I am planning on making a channel with a couple of my fried about it for that purpose. It's mostly about tagging your videos right, knowing people, schedule and such. Youtube also released the Creator Playbook, which explains everything about gaining popularity on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/yt/playbook/
Good luck!

Depends on what you want to be known for. But no matter what, my key bit of advice is "consistency". Now, if you want to be known as a gaming channel, invest in proper equipment first. Nothing turns people off more in a gaming channel than videos done via a digital camera. Ideally you want to have an HD setup, but if you are just testing the waters, then you may not have to go that deep yet. But do make sure that any text on screen is legible in your videos.
If all you care about are views, and not the quality of the content you are putting out, then go for new games as soon as they are released (uploading same day as release). You will end up getting the "i want to see it now" crowd of people, but chances are they will stop watching once that particular game is over. However, if consistency is retained, and you are regularly doing games as soon as they are released, people will stick with you to see those new games. However, if you are doing games JUST because they are new, and are doing commentary alongside the game, your viewers will be able to tell the difference. If you aren't enjoying it, chances are neither are your viewers. So stick to games that you actually want to do - it helps in the long-term as well.

I run a channel myself, on my channel do I play for the most part minecraft, and the most importent part is to COMMENT over the video, and if you are funny or people like you, you know that you should continue with the same content, or you can try to do other games, but sometimes you build a audience on just one game, keep that in your focus, and maybe do one game or two sometimes.

Your videos are just you playing games. A lot of the time when someone watches someone play a game on YouTube they are there to listen to the voice over/commentary. That being said you have had a fair few views on your videos - the Lone Survivor one in particular. Personally I would take a look into some of the analytics's YouTube provides and what's going on there, you might find that your loosing half your viewers in the first 30 seconds.

How do most "youtubers" get their viewers? In my experience:
Alternatively, share your videos with your friends and get them subscribing to you. Ask them what they think of the videos and what they think you should change. If your friends tell you they suck, ask them why they think the videos suck. Ask people on here for feedback. Run a couple of giveaways for people who watch (If you want to make sure people watch your videos you could put a code up on screen at a random point or make an itstoohard puzzle that can only be answered by people who paid attention?)
EDIT:
Watch other peoples' videos, TotalBiscuit, Zero Punctuation, whatever you enjoy. Watch the videos a few times and write down what you like about them, and what you don't like about them. Think about how they present themselves, how they talk etc. You don't have to copy them, but thinking about what they're doing will help you be more self-critical, give you ideas etc.
Do they record the commentary live? Do they script it? Can you hear the difference? Do you just want to show gameplay? Why do other people enjoy watching them? The humour? The opinions? Exclusive footage?
EDIT2:
I have no idea how you have 191 subscribers with gameplay only videos, no commentary? No offence, that's just not my cup of tea...

I don't really watch let's plays or gameplay videos because there are waayyyy to many of them, but when I do, I'd like to watch those who can play and most importantly those who can speak clear and with a nice voice like Total Biscuit...or have a good humour ;)
And if you can check those, than you should do something people want and spread it, but don't spam it ^^
Edit: It seems like you don't speak at all, which is (in my case) a big fat NO, I don't watch Gameplay only videos.
