Pixelvision is my new favorite I think, after seeing so many people recommend it in this thread and others I finally tried it and I'm really liking it.

Enhanced Steam by TDD is my second favorite skin from the ones in that thread.

Savvy UI is also pretty decent, though I doubt I'll use it over Pixelvision or Enhanced Steam.

I keep switching from Metro, Pixel Vision, and the default one. But I mostly use the Metro one if I'm running the Windows version of Steam.
