Region Restrictions

While doing link on HB, I got information that the LINK has restrictions:

This key is not available in the following countries: MD, SY, KG, RU, MM, IR, AM, UZ, GE, KP, TJ, BR, KZ, AZ, UA, BY, CU, TM. If the person you're gifting this to lives in one of them, Steam might prevent the key from being redeemed.

SO if I make a giveaway,.... WHAT i should choose? Im so confused!

Write it in the description and check the winner. If the winner is in the restricted countries, ask support for reroll.
