Have You had this problem in SG?

I made mafia2 giveaway 2days ago.
one man who won took the key and redeemed.
that day, i saw the 'received' checked at my 'view created'

But now, the 'received check' has gone!

at my 'view created' i can see 'Awaiting feedback from the winner'
I asked the winner "did u remove the check or check at the no?"
he said "no, i didn't"

I asked him the screenshoot of sg.
and I wonder this problem is common in sg.

have u had this problem???
