I haven't played a Call of Duty game since Big Red One (barring a Steam free weekend), and even I can recognize that Black Ops 2 is shaping up to be more than usual. Whether they can actually deliver on that promise is another matter entirely, but it's clear they're trying, at least.

I replaced "Medal of Honor: Warfighter" with "Battlefield 3" and "Call of Duty" in my mind and this review was still true. Those games generally get atleast 9/10, though

I'm guessing Activision bribes not only for high scores on their own games, but low on their competition's?

Not saying this game doesn't deserve it, but it's just as bad as any of the last CODs.

Question on everyone lips today: "did EA not paid enough, or Activision paid much more for 11/10 for CoD?"...

IF EA Paid, MoHW Should at least got 7-8, this is 4. It means they didn't bribe for anything.

I bet EA bribed them, otherwise the game would get an even lower score. ;)

Umm... real?!?

"Warfighter strives for this by giving you a genuine impression of what it’s like to live as a Tier 1 operator, the elite operatives at the center of the modernized Medal of Honor series."

"At its core, Warfighter is a functional shooter built on trite design ideas, but significant technical problems knock it below the realm of mediocrity."

I'm surprised this isn't the same score any other FPS so far has gotten.
