Why do I always miss the original threads and instead get the follow-ups where i'm completely clueless?

I just read last 1-2 weeks worth of Closed topics every now and then ;) you can most of the time judge what's worthy popcorn material by just looking at title (or in this case who created it) b4 you even open a topic :>

To fully understand what's going on, you need to know the history of Konrads on this forum. This is a followup to a thread about Konrads leaving trade feedback when he should not have done so, and him getting suspended due to it.
This is not the first time Konrads have been in similar incidents though. He has a history of doing things that annoys people, and then getting really upset with people not agreeing with him and him just demanding that everyone does what he thinks they should do (which includes things like removing him from their blacklists and unbanning him from things). Needless to say, he has not had any success what so ever with the things he demand from people, and every time he seems to get added to more and more blacklists.
I have a hard time telling if he's just a troll, or if there's something actually wrong with him.

My only negative rep was from a Kid that gave to me without trading (10 months ago). Wish I had written to support as soon as I got the rep, only had the idea to write the support 1 month ago, still without answer.

As for topic - people (most of the time) deserves 2nd chance, so there is really little amount of stuff that should be totally pernament.
Also you misused trade feedback, because you have given it before trade was completed. If we'd throw judgements on others based on our believes everyone would be able to kill someone else "bc I thought that they have stolen his car!!" and so on. So there are rules that everyone have to follow. Otherwise people would spam negative trade feedback for looking fishy, don't like someone, opposite opinions ( : > ) etc etc.

I think support should be able to delete feedback. In your particular case it seems wrong, but generally its a good idea. If there's evidence of fake feedback or someone gets upset and leaves negative feedback akin to "This guy wouldn't trade with me!!!1!!!1!!," those sort of things should be reportable and deleted.

In his case it was not wrong ;) Pretty close to the example you gave ;) No trade happened and would not happen as the other user resigned before any keys switched hands. It's just konrads' interpretation that if user first agree to do the trade but later on changes his mind he should not be able to, be forced to do the trade he no longer wants otherwise he was trying to "scam" him ;)

There are dozens of monkeys like you , who would leave negative feedback for no reason whatsoever , and stain the profiles on clear traders .
I recall the case with the Feedback from last week , where there was somekinda misunderstanding on the trade , and dont get me wrong .
I Kinda agree with you on the part that he didnt make it clear he doesnt want your game .

He still never agreed on giving Frozen Synapse for Agent Chameleon (or whatsit'sname, I always only remember the chameleon part), as the other guy only say he's willing to accept cards or games. There was no agreement he didn't keep. Get a move on. Though if that means any good for you, it would have been a fair trade, despite how he thought that F.S. worth more.

First of all, I doubt you really want permanent feedback. Imagine that all people on site who read this post would now give you negative feedback. You would end up with minus-a-few-thouthand, and all you can do - is give -1 to every of them, which is most people would just ignore. Do you still like this idea? There are plenty of people who don't care about trading and can give you negative feedback, what would you do in this case? Of course there should be a way to fix incorrect feedback.
And, second. I remember your case. And I'm not the only one who thinks this was just a misunderstanding. Of course, I understand that you was angry, but actually there was no reason for negative feedback, this person had no intention to scam you, it was just a matter of bad English knowledge. So, support was right to remove your feedback.

not really - in this case there was a topic made about it that dragged a lot of attention towards itself and that probably is what resulted in action not a report ;) noone touches feedback reports even with a 3 feet long pole ;p

I'm pretty sure this is based on average amount of votes, the % gets rounded up at some point. Right now if i removed my vote, it would get 100%, if i vote "No" it gets 99%.

Your reasoning is that the users "don't feel confident" enough to vote "yes", which is a bullshit excuse. There is no such thing as permanent, the people moderating this website will have the power to change that if necessary. So fake comments like yours will still get deleted. This is called justice, something you can't comprehend given that after the suspension time you got, you come back here with the same topic in mind, trying to get suspended again...?
Look at permanent markers for example, they are called "permanent" but can still be cleaned off with enough effort or the right materials. "Permanent" doesn't exist in this case, it's time to move on and quit the drama. You made a mistake, the other dude wasn't clearly the best with english. Yep. Perma markers are waterproof, but not alcohol-proof, so the ink can easily be dissolved in the alcohol in the ink of normal markers. :3

A few days ago user of this site tried to steal my key. He made a good play on words, which meant something completely different than their literal meaning.. I gave him negative feedback to warn others and support gave me 5 days suspension and ""deleted my warning comment"".
So, even we have negative comments we can in easy step have good reputation, because suport can delete it.
We can try scam others and when ppl give ours negative feedback we can write to the support because "trade was not completed because he realized that wanted to cheat ".
Trade not completed - no comment.
Bad experience before trade - no comment.
Bad experience after trade - write to your friend from support abut delete negative comment and call him liar.
Bad comments - write to the support and ask to delete it. You are really cool and even you tried to do bad deal you should have full positive feedback to do good deals with others unaware ppl.
Finally, In my opinion negative feedback should be pernament and should have 1comment option.
