I have problems with "Museum Environment Kit" and "Ultimate Ship Package". I've got a confirmation mail that I've bought them, but the product pages does not show them as owned.
Like you, I hope it will be fixed.
Edit: I do however see these in the Vault in Epic Games Launcher. So hopefully there is no problem at all.

Mine resolved, for whatever reason whenever I went to the Venice tab, it would sign me out. The other 4 worked fine. After I signed in I was able to get it for free. For the first two I added them to cart and then checked out, which makes them appear as if I don't own them, but as you said, if I check my licenses they're there, it happened last month too with one of them. I should always click the "get for free" button and avoid the "add to cart".
If it matters there's also a sample project they've launched for free on the 27th: https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/cropout-sample-project and likely others depending on how often people check those.
