Each one that think he get a fresh released game for free with downloading it somewhere and all of that without problems and risks, is a idiot to say it very direct.
Same for people that think they get on a strangers YT channel (or somewhere else as the devs/publishers sources), extras for a game, from downloading a passwort protected .RAR or .ZIP file, unpack it and clicking on a .EXE file.
Of course is there a high risk ,i would call it a 100% chance :-D, to get unwanted stuff like Virus, Malware, Keyloggers etc..

Looks like you've never dealt with a decent torrent tracker before. I'd downloaded hundreds of games (including many freshly released ones) from the largest Russian torrent tracker without any issues before I moved to Steam. But yeah, if it's doesn't require registration on a site with decent reputation (also probably a ratio-based one) and is a password protected archive on top of that, than downloading it is unwise, to say the least.
