The most painful thing I've suffered through was a full body sunburn (likely 2nd degree) when I spent an entire day at the regional waterpark & foolishly didn't bother to reapply sunscreen.
Besides feeling like a totally cooked sausage (practically radiating heat after sunset... or at last that's what if felt like), the pain was horrible as I had to suffer virtually no assistance. Unfortunately, it was around the same time I discovered my allergy (albeit a weak one) to Aloe / Aloe Vera... as that seemed to inflame my skin more than what it already was, so that even the small amount that was applied to a part of my body quickly became unbearable. The only way to get any reasonable amount of rest was to park myself in front of a couple of fans at full blast with only my the basic undergarments on (which likely evaded getting burned).
That was NOT a way to spend a good part of your summer.

So i was playing with that LEGO and the whole floor was filled with LEGO's, but when i tried to jump over then i slipped and fell on one of the LEGO pieces. That LEGO piece fell thru' my lip and now my lip has Y scar. And few years later i fell on the iron stairs and my both teeth broke into pieces, well that was horrible pain. Sad thing was that i had awful doctor, he basically killed those nerves in my teeth and now my teeth are like grayish.. My friend had the same surgery and they never took those nerves out. Oh and then one day i was studing, so i had that BIG shelf next to me and it fell on me so broke few ribs, nothing serious i guess.. Umm.. and one more thing... When i were like 3 years old then i was sucking that cake squirt and suddenly i inhaled it and i almost died, there was blood everywhere, but i didnt remember that. Who knows whats next?

Salicylic acid on a fresh wound. That hurt like a bitch.
Severe stomach ulcer had me rolling on the ground insensible to anything.
Had my pinkie shut in a door before. Skin split all the way to the bone and had to be stitched up.
Swung a heavy metal table towards me resulting in its base hitting my toe very hard. Toe turned sky blue, toenail fell off.

Let's see, I lived with a 10/10 pain scale toothache for six months (due to fear of dentist) until the tooth finally died, had a bike accident in which I broke/cracked almost every rib and lost most of the skin off the back of my arms due to road rash, accidentally nailed my foot to a roof with a nail gun, and lastly... Pretty much had a prince albert piercing given to me by my loving cat who attacked me while I was sleeping and, uh, apparently having a good dream.
Yep, I know pain.

dude, you really should visit the dentist. Your pain died because so did your tooth nerve. That means that it is almost destroyed and the infection will spread further. Not saying that your infected tooth might fall apart every moment. Seriously.

True story. A guy from my town ended up with a massive jaw infection due to a couple of bad teeth. He's selling his stuff to pay for the surgery.

I have pretty bad shoulder instability, so my shoulders subluxate every few weeks on average, and when they do, besides the initial pain, the resulting tendonitis is annoying and painful. It also means i can't move my shoulder much because it feels so stiff, which sucks because I stretch all the time out of habit :3

Waking up after brain surgery was pretty painful. i had a massive headache and my first instinct was to punch the people in front of me. I was able to remember what was going on quickly and I didn't actually GET violent. But i wanted to.
Would rather go thru that again than that moment when my ex asked me not to call her again. (I wasn't being creepy, that time at least, her new husband was getting jealous). It was one of the few things I've ever been able to intentionally block from my memory. At least until she made contact a few years later.

Happened a few years ago. I was 14 at the time. Luckily they operated soon enough to save my testicle.
The pain was excruciating. Imagine being kicked in the balls over and over. Now times that by 10, and imagine it lasting for 4-5 hours, getting worse and worse as time goes on.

I've had that thing, but it was incomplete or something. The pain was intermittent and it felt like someone was emphatically pulling my testicle. It hurt worse after the surgery though but at least I was cured.

Haha, yes... that year was pretty crappy :P
But I think the jolt to the head did something, because I was suddenly good at studies and stuff D:

Damn. I meant flying out of the windshield though. I'm sure you looked cool for the seconds you were in mid-air xD

I probably blacked out with the impact with the windscreen, because when I woke up I was on the hood of the car.. Didn't feel anything because of the shock...
Real life should have instant replays xD

I know that that would hurt, but I'm almost impressed that you managed to get out the windscreen before the bag blew. Those things are designed to explode and already be deflating when your head hits it (assuming you stay in the seat). Your head goes straight forward in an accident and in the time it takes your head to reach the bag it's already gone bang and is deflating.... You must have been flying pretty damn fast / faulty airbag.

aaand of course i end up hurting myself again xD
This time i was running with my dog and tried to out run him when i lost a shoe. Than there only was one way and that was down. Ended up with 9 huge bruises. 1 week after the crash they turned up yellow, and i still can't sleep on my left side XD
TL;DR
i should go sit on a chair and never move again XD
