I slipped while bowling and the ball landed on my dick... Fortunately just the tip was a mangled mess and the testicles weren't crushed. Still hurt like a sonovabitch. Also had pancreantitis once where my stomach pretty much tried to eat its self. Can't really say whether a bowling ball to the dick or that was more painful, both sucked.

Not to mention the mental pain of embarrassment xD

Probably nocturnal leg cramps or leg cramps while swimming and being kicked in the balls.

I got leg cramps whilst swimming and that hurts. I had a golf ball sized lump of hard / tensed muscle sticking out of my leg for about 3 hours after, couldn't physically walk or move my leg for 5-10 minutes, and it took a whole week before I could walk without pain.

I stepped on a sea urchin, the needle lodged its way deep into the bottom back part of my foot. (No idea what the name is). The hospital refused to remove it, so I had to go back to my hotel, and the nurse there stuck a sewing needle into my foot and fiddled around trying to get the urchin needle out. That was.... so damn painful. She never managed to get it out. 2 months later, I was swimming at a swimming pool, and the needle just came halfway out and I pulled it out myself xD

Aren't those poisonous or something? D:
As in it could've led to infections...

I don't think so, but if you're right I guess I got lucky :P The doctors didn't seem too worried about leaving it in there xD

I've heard somewhere that instead of trying to pry the needles out people actually try beating the site to smash the needles small enough for it to be absorbed by the body.

Yeahh... I'm glad we didn't try that. Sounds pretty awful xD

Probably when I had a renal colic? Shit sucks.
"[T]he acute variation is particularly unpleasant and is often described as one of the strongest pain sensations felt by humans (being worse than childbirth, broken bones, gunshot wounds, burns, or surgery)."
So always drink enough fluids and cut down on the sodas, kids.

A bunch of years ago, third degree burns on my right hand and torso, because I spilled a pot with boiling water. The worst thing came when my father, scared by the scene and my screams, tried to get off my shirt and that ripped part of my torso's skin.

getting off burnt person's clothes.. that's stupid. no offence though

Having your leg drilled into and waking up in the middle of surgery

When I was 6 years old, I played with my friends in the construction site (Yeah, what an idiot) I tried to climb on a scaffolding, but fell down and pierced my leg with a metal rod... The operation took 7 bloody hours and I woke up during it which made it even worse (Yay!)

Thanks, I'm pretty good actually :) I feel some minor pain now and then, but I'm good. I even go hiking every morning :D Though I'd be happy as hell if the scar wouldn't be there just staring at me when I'm sitting with shorts :D

I don't remember anything super painful. Well perhaps the most unpleasant experience was during the rehab after a groin surgery. And thinking of other things... being lonely, forsaken and rejected by loved one. Well, it wasn't physical pain and I kind of got used to it.

climbed a far ways up a tree, slipped out of the tree, impaled lower/mid thigh on tree just above the ground and then being caught on that broken branch while brother went for help.(i think... or maybe it broke off the tree and I was on the ground, oddly I don't know. my leg was above me at any rate(I feel like I managed to get blood on my face so it must have been) and my back was on a rock or maybe mud because it was cold) I was young so don't remember it really hurting, mostly just a vague idea of blood(rather alot of blood i thought). but I assume it hurt more than when I broke my arm even if I don't properly recall it.
the slipping I remember(stupid slimy mossy branch, and then as I fall the next thing I grab breaks off in my hand...), but not the part after except for a general damp red tiredness(must have bounced my head off a rock or something?). and thats how I got a faint scar on the inner thigh and front/top of my leg which is about the only way I know it actually went through. its also when I got the nintendo and first videogames. Leg works fine of course so maybe it was just under the skin and not through the muscles or something.
was probably about 7?
think it was a ceder
but yeah, I assume it hurt more than my arm did...if not then it was that.

I assume you mean physical pain? In that case, when I was young, my legs were slightly out of shape, which mean I tripped over my feet a lot. One day, I was running to the kitchen, holding a plate. I tripped, the plate smashed, and part of it cut into my head. The most painful part was having stitches in my head, without any kind of drugs. Also tooth infections which I seem to be prone to, are extremely painful.

Most painful? Having a portion of my intestine torn open. I ended up loosing over 6 feet of intestine. I was lucky I got in the surgery when I did too, was told I would have been dead the next day if I did not go in.
( I am assuming you meant physical pain when you made the thread. If you mean mental, probably loosing my mother when I was 9. )

Kindney stones.
I had appendicitis and kindney stones are more painful than that.
Because of those thingies several times I've passed out yelling that I wanted to be dead. Last time passed out in the middle of a dinner with the family of my boyfriend. Btw, according to my doctor my threshold of pain is really low.

aaand of course i end up hurting myself again xD
This time i was running with my dog and tried to out run him when i lost a shoe. Than there only was one way and that was down. Ended up with 9 huge bruises. 1 week after the crash they turned up yellow, and i still can't sleep on my left side XD
TL;DR
i should go sit on a chair and never move again XD
