Update #3 (2/15/14): So, this is embarrassing… We’ve (again) run out of Steam keys for Wedding Day Massacre, and to top it off, our key management server seems to be on the fritz. Unfortunately, this means there’s not much we can do until Monday when we get some key personnel back in the office. We’ll get this fixed ASAP, and everyone that has placed an order for Wedding Day Massacre will get their Steam key!

Well, looks like they ran out... shame!

Finally got the key! Signed up last night and got the confirmation email. Received another email today with the key in, and it activated, so this is a legitimate deal, just takes awhile.

I've seen worse sites handle code distribution better.

I will never buy anything from gameagent. Yuck.

It has been over 24 hours since I ordered, and just over 12 hours since I received the order email... still haven't received my key. :(

Everything is explained HERE. There is no reason to hate on them, they've done nothing wrong and any free giveaway that gets posted here/reddit, is flooded instantly.

"Update (2/15/14): Wow! So the popularity of this offer has really exploded, which is great! Except for the part where we ran out of Steam keys… (We also suspect we’ve had some non-Mac gamers taking advantage, too, so blame them for the temporary hiccup. ; ) We’ve now added more keys, but as all good things must come to end, we’ve capped the deal at 500 more uses as of 3:45pm CST today. I uh, don't have a mac and I can't seem to get the steam key for it right now, it doesn't seem to ask for a steam signup so that's a problem.

I would blame the guys who went to pick up as more key as they could.. :|

btw, I didn't quite understand the '500 more' part: instead of sending keys to whoever made the order, they put other keys to be ninja'd? wow... ._.

couldn't get a key cause they said you must buy borderlands 2 :p

I did this on Valentine's Day and the confirmation came on Saturday. Sadly, I have not receive my PC code for the DLC yet.

Still waiting on my key to be processed after almost 30+ hours, I wouldn't buy off their store, bad way to get new customers imo.

more than 48h passed from the confirmation mail (add 3-4h to get back to the order)

I really hope these guys are much more reliable when it comes to real purchases...
