Go <here>, select Northern Ireland (other regions require a code), fill in a mail address, add some details and you'll get it via mail.
If you're using chrome you might get an error when entering the "personal" data, so i recommend FF or Edge for this.
Edit: I've read that the recources are not really worth it.
