Magic! Also some technical knowledge about how request and response works in HTTP. To make it simple:
- go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey?key=REAL-KEY-HERE
- open your browser's console (
ctrl+shift+kin Firefox) and go toNetworktab - check terms of service and click
Continue - a new entry will appear in the console, click that
- few tabs will appear on the right side of the console, click
Response - scroll down until you see "line_item_description: Gorky 17 blah blah"

Awesome thank you! It looks a little bit different in Chrome but I found it. Seems that I have to click on the "Continue" button after pasting the key on that activation page though to get that ajax response.
Does this mean you have to activate the key in order to get that line?

Nah, I only knew because I already had the game in my library. And yes, you need to paste the key in (or pass it in the link as in my example: key=blah) and try to activate.
