Trying to quit smoking....

and i need a good game to keep myself distracted/keep my hands busy. I'm big into turn based strategy and RPGs, although I enjoy pretty much every genre of game but sports. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good title to get lost in for a week or two? Also, since the price of starting a forum thread seems to be a giveaway, here you go :P.
