Nice that they made Democracy 3 the Collector's Edition. I'll take it for that. Also wouldn't mind playing the Train Simulator, but if I'm not mistaken that's the one which is basically a foundation for a lot of obscenely expensive DLC.

I don't play such games but I was missing 2 from tier 1$ so got it. The rest is too expensive just for collecting purposes.

I think it's because Tier 3 mostly doesn't get bundled (because the price minus the BTA price doesn't drop below ~5% of the retail price or something like that) --> count's as non-bundled and gives full CV

Because tier 3 is usually not put on the bundlelist. That's why. :) So full CV for that game.
And I was in a hurry so only did the roughly calculation. I calculated the tiers separately later that evening or the day after don't remember now.

I'll probably buy Tier 1 for OOTP 17, I had guessed that it was going to be in last month's monthly bundle, I was off by a bit. Not much else here that interests me.

They just update the game and the title every year, so people don't have to rebuy the whole thing again. (After all, this game is not an Apple product to make its users spend a thousand bucks on the exact same thing every year. :D)

They just change name yearly, but base game is still essentially same, some newer routes have new features.
Next year they however release new game which is made "from scratch using Unreal Engine 4" and those 3000€ worth of DLC won't transfer.

but the built-in dlc might vary from 2016 owners to 2017 owners... (just like when I bought it back when it was 2013, I have dlc that 2016 owners won't have and vice versa)
