There are several acceptable answers. His name is one of them, and then there are four or five nicknames that he was given during his lifetime or posthumously. If you've got the right poet, you can't miss. )

He's the author of the poem that the piece is based on, just as the question states.

Same question here. I even found the source of image on top of question with related bio (that convinced me of the correctness of the previous search). And his name incorrect according to puzzle. I'm confused. Know only his name, not "nicknames".
