Strategy Enthusiasts [February GA] (24h remaining + new group GAs)

RTS are my favorite genre by far. I used to play on playstation 1/2 and NES before that, but when i discovered games like Warcraft 2, Age of Empires, total war shogun 1, Tzar, Cossacks i never could return to console gaming ever. Counting all strategies i it's dozens and dozens, for my favorite franchise, Total War wins, even though i basicly dislike everything starting with empire total war and ending with attila, except shogun 2 that one was pretty decent, and i didn't had chance to try latest Total Warhammer yet. I would love to join your group if i can.

Age of Empires was my first one, so many good memories.

For RTS, my fav is AoE III

Don't remember if I commented on my vote earlier, but voted 'other' because 'too hard to choose' (and when this topic started was kinda thinking of Settlers). Only now noticed the 'all and everything' option, I guess I'll have to switch. XD /me is slow

Childhood memories are AoE2 and Cossacks....glad to have the chance to win Cossacks3 tho (never played it, but worth a try, hopefully it is as good as the first part^^)

I'm a fun of strategies but more of a turn-based or similiar than rts. If you think your group is fine for this I'm waiting for an invite :]

Would also love an invite. As I have gotten older, and my reflexes slower, I have (d)evolved into more of a turn-based and grand strategy junkie. I always played games like that, but they definitely have taken up more of my playtime at the expense of things that require the quick decisions.

I'd love to join the group. I started playing strategy games with Civ2 more than 10 years ago, and since then I'm now with Civ5 and XCOM2

Haven't played that many different RTS games. I did spend most of my gaming youth on AoE 2, and a bit off AoE 3 later.
Still have the games, AoE collector's edition, so I cpuld always start at 1 and then play 2 and 3.
Oh, and I also played this little gem called LEGO Battles (for DS).
