Why can't contributor enter into his/her own giveaway?

I dont like this idea, but what about if say you lose more than 400 times in a row you insta-win the next givaway you enter? seems fair.

The other way... Searching contributor partner, who wants the same games, and create public giveaways so the other could take a chance... It is not funny to do. :(

XD if u want game and just activate it for yourself. i think i know why u want to do that u make private giveaway and u enter your own giveaway to win it then u receive game u have and feedback but it wont work because u need min 3 entries to receive feedback value.

I'm all for it. I often buy games to my inventory, thinking that I might give them away or activate them. Instead of agonising about this decision, I can just put the game on SG and enter it, and if chance wants, I'll win and play it.

Well said. I often think it would be fun to enter your own giveaways. It should be just implemented so it does not gain any statistics for you so it wasn't an exploitable feature.

If you want to enter your own giveaways so badly, why not buy the game, send it to your friend who happens to use SG and ask him to create a giveaway with it? A private one. That way you are entering your own giveaway, a game that you bought...
