I don't think the first rule really makes sense here considering the price not only exists, but is also getting higher by the minute.
EDIT: That also means the more people buy it the more money the bundle will make. So allowing it is the better option here.

Why does the same rule apply? There's nothing about charity and it's impossible to cheat them - they set the price. So the logic for hibs doesn't apply here. (the duplicate code thing should be sorted out before they are allowed, however)

How will SteamGifts know if the code is from the Indie Royale or a code from a key site, like Grean Man Gaming? I just actived ARES (Indie Royale key) and it comes up as "A.R.E.S. Comp" in Licenses + Subscriptions and Store Transactions.

Shouldn't there be a check for the games I have on my account before entering an IR giveaway? I've all the 3 games aviable for steam and it still would allow me to entry.
