They only allow credit card purchases, what a shame.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but i thought the rule regarding Humble bundles was to not submit any of the games included while it is on sale.
Could I submit my royale key of ARES in a few days or so after the the launch bundle stops being for sale?

That rule doesn't apply to the indieroyale as it isn't a charity event and the price you pay for the bundle is determined by them, not you yourselfs.

Hello,
Why exactly are we not allowed to Submit Keys for Single Games from the Bundle? For the Humble Bundle, I understand the Reason, which is because they tell you not to by saying "Note: all keys are for your personal use only.", But this one it doesn't say that, or anything like that anywhere on the site.

Well, I don't see a problem with giving those keys away, because as you said, it's not like in the HIB, that they ask you not to do it and an actual reply from one of the Sanctum devs on facebook confirms this.
Q: If we already own sanctum and buy this bundle can we give the second sanctum copy to another steam account?
A (by Sanctum): yes you can. You get Steam keys for both the game and the bonus DLC's. Activate them on any account.
The problem however would be a generation of massive amounts of points, because nobody would give away the bundle for 5 points, but instead do every single game for 43 points altogether. The only way to allow the giving away of single games, would be to reduce the amount of generated points by all those games to 10% (0.5% instead of 5%) of the normal amount.

Exactly. I actually decided to Contact IndieRoyale about this (I wanted to make sure before giving the key to someone) and they said themselves that it doesn't matter who the key goes to.
I do see what you mean about the point "problem" though. I would say just to reduce the points given for them like you said.

Greetings community,
Just a reminder that the policy for Humble Bundles apply for the new IndieRoyale Bundles. You may only submit unused gift URLs and not separate Steam keys from the bundles themselves.
http://www.indieroyale.com/
A reminder for the rules:
When you submit an IndieRoyale Bundle, it is only acceptable to have an unactivated gift URL to provide to the winner. Members giving away Steam keys and the like will be warned, have their giveaways removed, and if they continue, may result in a suspension.
These rules also apply to additional keys within the Humble Bundle. Please do not giveaway separate keys, such as Sanctum, or create a giveaway for the leftover Desura keys. Unused URLs for the original Humble only, please.
Thank you for your cooperation.
-regards
If you are having issues with activating your Steam keys, please contact IndieRoyale.
