If you had the chance to 'refund' your Steam account, full price, would you do it?

Here I would think it's 100% yes, but to my surprise there are 'no'. Hm..

As long as I can backup all my saves, definitely, I could rebuy every game, and still have lots of money left over. And of course I could not buy some games which I regret purchasing xD
