If you had the chance to 'refund' your Steam account, full price, would you do it?

Yeah, cause I could then just spend a couple months recollecting the games at a fraction of the cost and buy a new computer with the excess money.

If full price/past prices were applied: Sure. I got most things at steep discounts/free so I could just re-buy what I really wanted and pocket the extra cash. All in all I spent less than $200 on Steam and for Steam keys and my account is worth somewhere in the ballpark of $2,000.

If marked down prices/discounts were applied: Probably not. Would depend on the amount I get back and would have to re-spend on what I wanted to keep.

Full price? I almost never pay for games that are less than 75% off, so that would be a HUGE profit for me. Yes, I'd do it. Then I'd buy a lot of the games again, on a new account and set up a second dummy account to do this to over and over until I was rich.

Of course, just wait for a seasonal sale and buy all the games you actually want again at no more than half price.

Nope. One reason is because a lot of them were gifts, and I don't get rid of presents like that. I feel that doing so is a bit rude. And I also have at least one game that'd be a bit difficult to reacquire.
