that would be another misuse of the therm fascist tbh.

how come? anti-fascist generally are either neocommie, kekistani neocons, liberals, anarchists and other kind of plebs, so not related when it comes to the ideology itself. unless we are considering the therm fascism to describe everything that is bad in this world and a valid synonymous for violence, civil unrest and vandalism ( = militant leftist anti-fascist in a nutshell)
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't fascism when you oppress people who disagree with you? All I see the left doing these days is try to silence those who have a different opinion than them, anyone who tries to bring some argument to the table that they don't like is called a "racist", "sexist", "bigot", "islamophobe", etc..., they throw those words around like confetti because of the "safe spaces" they have designed in which no one can be offended or the world will end. Campuses dis-invite anyone who doesn't say exactly what they want to hear (look at the embarrassment that is what happened and continues to happen in Berkeley, which was basically the home of free speech - Bill Maher, Milo Yiannopoulos, Ann Coulter, Richard Dawkins, etc...). Any speech they don't like is called "hate speech". And even if it is hate speech, hate speech is included in free speech as well, as long as it doesn't incite violence. And the way you fight hate speech is not by silencing it, is by debating it, closing the door doesn't make it go away, you have to invite it in and debate it with arguments that could change the person's views.
So if liberals say that they are for free speech but try to oppress free speech, to me that is fascism calling itself anti-fascism. And I'm a liberal by definition, but I can't stand what liberalism has become. A bunch of babies who would rather argue about which pronoun a transgender person should be called by, than to look at the real problems of the world, because it makes them feel better, makes them feel like they're heroes, when it's only a disguise.
Comment has been collapsed.
wouldn't that definition make the whole world fascist? these days we have usa neolib and neocon united in calling north korea fascist who in return consider the usa fascist for its economic aggression. zionists consider fascists the anti-zionists because they do not recognize israel as a legit contry and anti-zionist consider zionist fascist because palestinians are soon to meet the same bitter end as the native americans did back then, and so on so forth. there has never been in the history of man any form of power that does not protect itself from any form of destabilization that can threaten or challenge it, ever. statal fascism was not an exception as it was not stalinism, and as it is not neoliberalism nowadays. obscurantism, mistification, totalitarianism, everything is legit when it comes to self preservation.
the thing is, using "fascism" as a free label to define a random enemy devalues the term of its ideological and political meaning, regulated by precise economic and social theory (talked about it in this cesspoll of a topic right here), which i envite you to look up on non-biased sources (pretty sure you will not be liking it as it is assentially the antithesis of liberalism, but still, its culture).
partially agree on the neolib, although they are indeed devaluing the liberal docrine its arguable that they represent it in its final stage, with its own promoters becoming its perfect caricature. without knowing it, these worthless idiots are recreating the same sick scenario that contribued to the raise to power of natsoc ideology. we might really be up for a wild ride for the next decades to come.
with arguments that could change the person's views.
unlikely. there is nothing much to be changed when everyone reject each other's views while thinking of having the minister of truth in their own pocket.

It always amazes me, and not in a good way, how some people choose to segregate themselves into groups based on things like political viewpoints. So many people talk about individuality and how people shouldn't judge or label them, but at the same time they keep labeling themselves. It'd be nice if people would wake up and stop being literal tools for the ones in charge of these groups they choose to identify with.

Casually adding that I'm not part of any political group. Just annoyed at the current liberal/democrats or whatever winged creatures they wanna call themselves. They just make my life harder and more annoying with their "YOU'RE RACIST!", "YOU'RE HITLER!", "You're a nazi. IT'S GOOD TO BEAT UP NAZI! BEAT THAT PERSON UP!" and all that mentally unstable stuff. Like there's this guy here who keeps calling me a mass murdered, extremist and even few times Hitler himself... And he's far left and thinks that he's cool. Like really...

Okay... so many things here... I'm in the middle, so dismiss me if you want.
"I never actually won anything here" - Untrue. Link
"Your job is to be neutral" - Correct to some extent. They're allowed to have their opinions and voice them as well. It'd be for the best if they didn't rely on their beliefs to dispense suspensions and bans. Some don't. Some are genuinely great at their job... some on the other hand, I do agree are extremely biased to a certain viewpoint and tend to ban people because of their side's morals.
"The same wiki page that claims that "Apple" is a racial slur..." - You obviously took an extreme in this case and due to that your case becomes more flimsy. Ape's a more mainstream insult than calling someone an apple. I genuinely have no clue what it even means, who it's directed at and when it was used. You even seem to be unaware of it, considering that you never even explained it. If you're telling the full truth, then they assumed way too much, I agree, but you're pretty much doing the same thing. You're taking something small and blowing it out of proportion.
"So clearly this "Gaming" website, is just one more place where left wing can spread their propaganda." - Yet you're here, saying that you were banned because of a political discussion. You yourself are adding to the fire of the political discussions on this site. You can't just say "Oh, these casinos exploit people while also going to those casinos to gamble all your money away". In this case, you're just a hypocrite who's calling people out for being hypocritical.
"I don't plan to be part of a left wing supporting community." - If people's political views actually anger you so much that you pretty much just have to run away while screaming, shouting and flailing your arms, calling foul, then you have a problem bigger than some random political views....
"Trump is your president, give him a chance..." - I said that at first too. I mean, why keep shouting if the man hasn't even had time to do anything. He's had time now though. All he's done is increase medical bills which is ruining lives once again (America has a huge bankruptcy problem and the main reason is because they didn't want to die... they chose life over death. This doesn't happen in other civilized countries.). The man's had so much time, during which, other presidents actually achieved a lot. Not too much, but still, enough to see an actual difference in the country. You can't toot that horn anymore. That ship has already sailed. The leaked transcripts of his calls literally showed what kind of a man he actually is when it comes to brass tax. He isn't assertive, he isn't bold. With Mexico, he literally begged that they at least claim to pay for the wall, because he couldn't do anything else. The man wanted them to lie to have people be happy for a time. Dishonesty and drama is the only thing that he has brought in. Hillary wouldn't have been much better, but just because you only have two awful choices, doesn't mean that they automatically become good ones.
"I know I'll get perma banned, so just do it. Wasnt planning to return here anymore." - Are you actually daring them now? So, you want to become some sort of martyr, is that it? You want the right wingers to look at you and see this bold person that is standing up for equality here? Well, jokes on you, I doubt anyone actually sees you more than a brat that just shouts a lot. You're literally hurting your own cause. Maybe that's your goal though, I truly don't know. Maybe you're a double agent... in which case it's tragically comedic for me.

Our president was elected the same day as Trump. Still waiting for the changes that happen for this period of time. And sure, Trump just gets more jobs for his people, meanwhile Im still waiting for a proper job with less than 16h shifts and more than 500 euro a month salary...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ethnic_slurs - the page they used as "proof that im racist" without even been racist. Notice. Apple is a slur! Don't you dare call me an apple...
I love how people use the "I never won anything" as in games, instead of the other meaning I used it as... "except few friends", which I see as the limit of this website to offer.
Yet I said I was banned in a discussion for "racism", because it's politically correct in the eyes of the left, to claim that "ape" is a slur instead of an offensive word. If he had written "Verbal abuse" as a ban reason, we wouldn't be here. IF he had said "sorry, it's verbal abuse" after I wrote a ticket and ranted, about it pointing out I didn't mean it in a racial way, then we wouldn't be here talking!
Neine, I don't try to go down as anything or dare anyone. From what I see in their actions, I wouldn't expect less than a perma ban instead of a simple "sorry" for been dicks and pinning me as something which I'm not, just because they misunderstood. I wasn't as pissed at them giving me 4 days for a joke I did 6 months ago, which they claimed it as "begging"... Like seriously... Begging for saying "If you don't want it, I wont mind it"...

"I love how people use the "I never won anything" as in games, instead of the other meaning I used it as... "except few friends", which I see as the limit of this website to offer. " - What else would you use it as? I'm genuinely curious. You mentioned friends, obviously in a sense that they were more like a consolation prize than anything. You didn't win anything, yet you managed to still find friends. This being Steamgifts, it's obviously bound to have people think about Steam and its gifts. It's not a limit. It's the purpose that it serves. It's like saying that CNN or Fox News is limited because people only expect news there.
"Our president was elected the same day as Trump. Still waiting for the changes that happen for this period of time. And sure, Trump just gets more jobs for his people, meanwhile Im still waiting for a proper job with less than 16h shifts and more than 500 euro a month salary..." - I'm sorry about your situation, truly am. It sucks being underpaid while overworking. What profession are you currently in anyways. Your minimum salary is 235.20β¬ (as of Jan. 2017), so you're either working 16h daily, which is illegal and getting the minimum wage or you're doing 16h shifts every other day or so, in which case your salary is over double the minimum wage. In that case, I'm expecting your job to be relatively dangerous.
Now don't get me wrong. It can genuinely suck if you're not doing the job you don't like to do, but your pay is fine if you're the second case. The prices are almost always regulated around the country that they're in. I've been to Bulgaria and we can live 2 days there while living 1 day in Estonia. That's not even an exaggeration, I did the math when I was there. Coincidentally the minimum wages are double of what Bulgaria's are. So, the number doesn't matter, what matters is how well you're actually off.
But as to your president... why are you expecting anything out of your figurehead? President doesn't mean the same that it does in America. What your president does is fill a representative role in talks and different events. If they want they can also try and bring attention to certain causes. Other than that, they have nothing else they can do. In America, the president actually has a lot of power. He can veto laws, pass laws, start writing laws and with the 2-party-system he can also essentially run the senate. You can't compare a glorified diplomat to a world leader.
"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ethnic_slurs - the page they used as "proof that im racist" without even been racist. Notice. Apple is a slur! Don't you dare call me an apple... " - You missed my point though. What is an apple, who's it used on, when was it used and how common is it today? I can almost 100% guarantee that ape is a much more common racial slur than "Apple". Doesn't make what the mod did right, but it makes their assumption more logical than what you're making it out to be. You were in a situation where the real truth and no exaggerating would've already been crazy enough, yet you put yourself and the story on the line to make it sound even more outlandish to everyone by trying to equate calling black people primates to saying "Apple".
"Yet I said I was banned in a discussion for "racism", because it's politically correct in the eyes of the left, to claim that "ape" is a slur instead of an offensive word. If he had written "Verbal abuse" as a ban reason, we wouldn't be here. IF he had said "sorry, it's verbal abuse" after I wrote a ticket and ranted, about it pointing out I didn't mean it in a racial way, then we wouldn't be here talking! " - Right, slur and offensive word, same thing. They're essentially synonyms. I can imagine that they suspended you due to "racism or hate speech". Now, in reality, checking the guidelines just in case, they have no "anti-defamation" or "anti-racist" policies in place. I might've missed something though.
But you're also grasping a lot here. I would ban people if they were obviously racist (not in your case, if what you say is completely accurate) and that's not because of political agendas. You're taking it too far. Not all things that we do are influenced by what politicians say. This is a good example of it. I hated people that were dicks and assholes way before the whole "Trump-Hillary fight the other wing" thing became an actual way of life. It's basic morality that was taken too far. Anything more you assume is as ridiculous someone... I dunno, saying that you're calling someone an ape because you want to insult black people.
"Neine, I don't try to go down as anything or dare anyone." - Come on... Seriously? Saying "Just ban me" isn't daring? If you truly don't think it is, then trust me, for most people it is.
"From what I see in their actions, I wouldn't expect less than a perma ban instead of a simple "sorry" for been dicks and pinning me as something which I'm not, just because they misunderstood. I wasn't as pissed at them giving me 4 days for a joke I did 6 months ago, which they claimed it as "begging"... Like seriously... Begging for saying "If you don't want it, I wont mind it"... " - You're really pushing the narrative of getting stomped at any opportunity. In reality, this is text. What do you expect? Yes, that can be interpreted as begging. There are people out there that genuinely beg like that. Text has no nuancΓ©. What you write is what you see. Sarcasm can't be detected that way. If you want people to think that you're sarcastic, then make it more obvious. I personally will just think that anyone's sarcastic or making a joke, but through that I miss everyone that actually is begging. Make it more obvious next time. It sucks that emotion isn't shown through text, so you need to compensate that. Otherwise, a voice chat/video chat communities seem to be a better option for you.
"Just few the record, I ain't right winged anyway. I'm a kapy winged. Liberals and socialists just won my hate over time with their words and actions :3 Especially one specific for wanting my citizenship, for knowing my last 100 years better than what his socialistic party buddies keep lying about. " - Doesn't matter what your political wing is anyways, I'd say. You do you. As to the citizenship thing I don't really understand you, but okay :D

Getting there is not expensive at all. For example I have paid about 30β¬ from Serbia to Slovakia. Slovak agencies are taking care of rent, it is either hotel or a private house. "white supremacist" is a matter of choice; if inappropriately applied it's an insult, not a slur it's based not on an immutable characteristic, but on being an evil person. "whites are neo-nazis" is patently wrong, and if someone makes that assumption, they're on par with white supremacists.

Your link seems more like a sales pitch for the right-wing movement Alt-Tech than an analysis of the news. My understanding is that many major internet platforms, including Facebook, Google/YouTube, Discord, Instagram, and PayPal (among others) have stood up and said they aren't going to allow hate speech on their site any longer. In addition, many are also beginning to ban certain types of news known to contain false information. Literally fake news, made to be as outrageous as possible to ensure that it is retweeted, reblogged, and shared on social media everywhere. And I remember recently reading a somewhat depressing study that concluded that some significant percentage of the adult U.S. population relied on social media as their only source for knowledge of news, culture, and politics.
If you believe in free business enterprise, then you should respect that it is their platform, and they can choose to allow and exclude whomever they want. The slide show you linked protests that this is against "free speech", but speech is protected insofar as the government shall make no law abridging it. And even then, there are limits to what can constitutes free speech, and they have been tested in court many times. Speech inciting violence is not constitutionally permissible, for example, and some of the hate speech that I have seen taken down off the internet is exactly that. Regarding fake news stories being banned from certain sites, there are libel and slander laws against intentionally lying about a public figure. Reasons many fake news organizations aren't challenged more often is because they tend to claim to have unintentionally spread information, or claim that they are merely satire. The radio host Alex Jones has recently been receiving a lot of attention in regards to spreading fake news on social media, for example. His attorney argued in court that he is merely "playing a character" and what he does is "performance art". But do his listeners actually believe that?
Can you point to any examples of people having their views censored on the internet for reasons other than hate speech or spreading literal fake news?

"Can you point to any examples of people having their views censored on the internet for reasons other than hate speech or spreading literal fake news?" Paul Joseph Watson provides ample examples of both.
Beyond that, for someone supposedly banned on Facebook and censored on YouTube, he's got a surprisingly big presence in both places. I don't know what happened between him and Facebook, but as far as I am aware, none his videos were actually removed from YouTube. Some that used hate speech or spread misinformation were simply demonetized. As in, you can watch the video, but Paul Joseph Watson doesn't get paid for the view.
Anyone else?

Don't narrow the goalpost to a partial definition. The original internal memo was pretty much unnoticed, it's when it got leaked on internet that things got nasty. Censorship isn't just removing stuff from view (that's pretty much impossible nowadays anyway), it's also leveraging threats like "don't say that, or else..." [we'll fire you/jail you/fine you/ban you/etc]

I'm not sure what you mean when you say the falling towers "cause[d] the basement to collapse out from under itself". Can you clarify that statement?
But the simplest way of determining that the World Trade Center wasn't destroyed by controlled demolition is in the video evidence. Controlled demolitions destroy a building from the bottom up; the collapse of World Trade Centers 1 and 2 occurred from the top down.

it went straight down. meaning the basement buckled and it dropped. just cause it didn't look the same as any other controlled demolition doesn't mean anything since it's rather easy to offset charges to make it appear different then normal.

That stuff had me wondering too until I saw a documentary about the last survivors exiting the building just before it collapsed (very highly recommended btw). It prominently pointed out one important detail: The walls weren't made out of cement but gypsum, which is basically enhanced cardboard. There was nothing to hold/stop anymore.
Skyscrapers in US (and Asia) are essentially solely made from steel. While in EU they include cement walls. Due to this no EU skyscraper would have collapsed and that's why the new WTC is build that way too.

No, the (heavy) floors went down as their connection to the (steel) frame broke. Here's a good read:

many major internet platforms, including Facebook, Google/YouTube, Discord, Instagram, and PayPal (among others)
Imagine for a second being banned from all of those ("among others"). This is not just "free business enterprise", those enterprises have reaches farther than states, they should be subjected to the same standards. We're not just talking about a bakery who denies you a cake, we're talking about the whole internet acting almost as one to shut you up. If you are unable to see the difference, you are part of the problem and you sure aren't a proper "liberal" or "libertarian".
censored on the internet for reasons other than hate speech or spreading literal fake news
Censorship 101: 1) label something hate speech 2) feel free to censor at will
https://venturebeat.com/2017/08/17/gab-app-banned-from-google-play-store-over-hate-speech-concerns-as-web-giants-face-free-speech-crisis/
Amusingly, platforms who are censoring right-wing stuff, such as CloudFlare, are a lot more permissive hosting ISIS stuff

After glancing again at my first link, I realize that I forgot to mention it's a net neutrality issue. I think I've seen a lot of posts about net neutrality around here when it was in the news, well this is an occasion to remember what many of us stood for less than 2 months ago.
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/Qa1EP/update-historic-day-of-action-for-net-neutrality-breaks-records-july-12th-update-d
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/hS9qk/telltale-bundle-for-tor-project-sgtools-lvl-1-chart
It's way too easy (an utterly unrealistic) to place the whole burden of net neutrality on internet service providers alone. Those other service providers we mentioned earlier (FB, Google, PayPal and the likes) have to play their part too. They single-handedly impact a lot more customers than any ISP.

Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers and governments regulating the Internet must treat all data on the Internet the same, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or mode of communication. To emphasize, this applies to Internet service providers and governments regulating the Internet, not the private companies that put content on the internet. They are are still free to define their Terms of Service agreements as they wish, and ban whatever they want. If the free market system works, then someone somewhere will always be willing to take their money to let them say whatever they want. Net neutrality is about access to the network, not its content.

not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, website, platform, application
Ah, so websites, platforms, applications, can't be discriminated against, but they can discriminate against users? Sounds fair!

Ah, so private citizens can freely criticize the government, up to and including prejudicial treatment of different categories of people in ways that essentially amounts to discrimination, but can't be discriminated against by the government?
Actually, when you put it that way, it really does sound fair.

I think you are getting confused or trying to create confusion: speech and actions are different things. Saying mean things is on a different level than doing mean things.

Who uses websites, platforms and applications? Users. Human beings. If you nearly couldn't use Apple Music, since your provider would get way more money from Google and therefore lower the bandwidth for the Apple Music service, it would affect you. How could a website or an application itself be affected?
The "censorship" you're talking about is householder's rights. Every website owner (doesn't matter if it's a natural or corporate entity) is allowed to decide who may write what within their website or not. Free speech is for public places.

Always the same lousy argument. Stop reciting the Constitution/Law without understanding the issue at hand (more precisely: size matters). Those laws were created at a time when no private company had a larger influence than states, it's not the case anymore. An update is required.
Long story short : "Since it has the power to censor the Internet, Google should be regulated like the public utility it is" https://tinyurl.com/y84l5ck9

Well, states are working together nowadays way more than decades ago, therefore I don't see any basic issue with the EU or someday even the UN regulating things.
Long story short : "Since it has the power to censor the Internet, Google should be regulated like the public utility it is"
I can't use YT at work, so I didn't watch the video (also nice shortener). But if your summary is correct, this is wrong on so many levels. Technically. Economically. And regarding the behaviour of customers/users.

Google can only "censor" content on their own domains
[...]
Monopoles don't exist out of nowhere. In a free market competitors have to do the job
They are a gate keeper to user devices (Android / Play Store), the alternative being Apple, who enforces even stricter (and harder to bypass) censorship. They decide which sites live or die (Remember all the price comparison sites? How well are they now that Google buried them in search results so as to put their own service forward?). They are extremely cost-efficient by evading all possible local taxes (and are being sued for that in a bunch of countries). They don't bother about local data protection laws (again, lots of national data protection authorities are after them).
Obviously they are getting out of control. Your God the "free market" already has some regulations and anti-trust laws. It's not an unedited jungle. All I'm saying is it needs some more. Apparently, everyone here (and Google, too) seems to think it's normal to regulate ISPs because they control lots of information flows. Well it's normal to regulate something as tentacular as Alphabet, who controls even more information flows and has started playing ISP too. The liberals from The Guardian seem to agree with me on that, although I think they go a bit too far...
Edit: and of course, I forgot to mention the obvious: spontaneously taking down customers based on contents turns companies into publishers, with all the liabilities that come with it. Don't ask me, ask the EFF https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2017/08/fighting-neo-nazis-future-free-expression

actually - this is where it all gets a bit odd, cause people assign the "internet" as those stores and/or services - when in point of fact those are companies are not the internet, and they are perfectly entitled to decide - rightly or wrongly - who use their stores and/or services - same with google - they are well within their bounds to choose who they want to allow on their services - rightly or wrongly in the end users moral standpoint
However,
The person who is banned from those is still more than free to set up their own web server at home (I have even had one operating off an old hp smart vault at one time) and connect that to the internet - which people can then find on the internet
that is the internet or world wide web
now google and search strings is a different matter - but from a free market standpoint - I still feel that the 1 person home service should, when dealing with ISPs, be served as well as the company - and companies should not be charged differentially from say google - who uses huge amounts of bandwidth when they are looked at as a whole
and sorry for reducing the banned users and the corporation net netrality arguments into one - I got side tracked and forgot where I was :( - in fact, I am gonna go and do something else while I figure my brain out :O)

I agree on the concept. Although discriminating between customers isn't actually something that's legal everywhere. In my country, a professional can only refuse a sale for a "legitimate" motive (like, being out of stock, the customer being drunk or behaving aggressively, etc), and I think that's a pretty reasonable view too. But while picking your customers can be acceptable at the level of small businesses, for which the customers have by essence lots of alternatives to turn to, I don't think it's appropriate for huge companies.
For instance, imagine you're banned from Facebook and you set up a personal website ('90s style ^^) as a replacement. Won't you have like, a 99% lower reach among your contacts? And yet that was the easy case where you're "only" banned from Facebook. Now imagine if on top of that all the domain name registrars and hosts you try drop you after a few days (as soon as a hater alerts them on Twitter of your unwanted presence), some of which keeping your domain name hostage (that's what Google did to Daily Stormer, and 2 weeks later it seems that they are still sitting on the domain name). This is just hell.
A reasonable fix to this would be something like "if a company owns more than X% of the national market, or if the customer has already been refused by companies amounting to X% of the national market, the customer can't be refused except for legitimate reasons"
Comment has been collapsed.
yep - get your point - in my view there should be a place for everything - even if it is just on your own server that you share with other like minded people (within legal reasoning of course - as no one wants slavery sites or pedo sites) - but you don't have to register a domain, that is just done for exposure and ease of use - so if the trade off to that is a lack of reach, well then that is overcome by getting people who agree with you to visit your site and so on and so on, until it is a success - some really crappy sites got big on word of mouth alone (sadly that is how the dark web got big as well). As for the facebook ban thing, there are enough anti-facebook sites to fight back, despite how big these corporations get, to stave of the sheeple who use these sites :)
What makes things worse though, and where I agree with your arguments, is when you get companies, or even poeple, like facebook, getting together with the likes of google and then conspiring to abuse their market dominance for profit - that irks me, as the sheeple just lap it up without a second thought
who protects them from that ?

If the free market system works, then there will always be someone willing to take your money to let you say whatever hateful, lying thing you want, and long as it doesn't break the law. If the whole internet acts as one to shut you up, then (1) the free market system doesn't really work, and/or (2) maybe what you're saying really is that terrible, and you should just possibly consider taking another look at what you're saying before you say it.
The other two links you provide are just about private companies enforcing their different Terms of Service agreements. Google bans hate speech, CloudFlare does not. They didn't ban the Daily Stormer for hate speech. Check out their official explanation.
TL;DR: CloudFlare tried to stay neutral against mounting pressure from political organizations and law enforcement agencies. CloudFlare refused to terminate the customer, turn over SSL keys, or willingly cooperate with law enforcement without court oversight. Because of this, the Neo-Nazi and white supremacist group claimed that CloudFlare secretly supported their message. And because CloudFlare was no longer a neutral party - because of the Daily Stormer's own messaging - they were forced to terminate the contract.

the free market system doesn't really work
When Apple and Google are the gatekeepers to almost all mobile phones, yay, kind of. You know what you call "free market" already has a bunch of regulations (like, "insider trading = bad")? Well it's time to add a few more.

Just for Kapy,
Thank god that our not-so-illustrious orange haired moron in charge will be gone soon, as he has no choice but to resign in the next few months or face impeachment.. But then again, we'll still be stuck with Penis, the countries biggest racist, homophobe, bigot we have. He's more dangerous than Trump, ALL GoP MUST go.
Edit- yes, I do enjoy poking the bear.

Because Trump has been completely incompetent in the lack of a job he's been doing, has been making threats to build a wall that no one wants anymore because it will be on our dime, not his.
And when I said Penis, I meant Pence. The VP of our country.
But they aren't MY president and VP, thankfully.

I've seen nothing impeachable except the blunder he made leaving government files with a diplomat (Japanese, if I recall).
Unless something has happened since then that I don't know about worse than that, I doubt he's going to be impeached.

i'd say, depends on how the russia investigation concludes.
by the way, if he fired Comey to influence the investigation, that might already be a reason for impeachment, from what i've heard.
Comment has been collapsed.
what? i watched the full interview. you obviously did not (or just some selected scenes on fox news). Comey said Trump heavily implied he should stop investigating Flynn. he didn't say it directly, of course. but it was pretty clear what he meant. this might not be direct evidence. but it most definitely doesn't mean Trump "didn't have 0 with it" (whatever you mean with this sentence). Comey also called him a lyar.
the russia investigation is still ongoing, by the way.
Comment has been collapsed.
Eh, when even people in the heavily left leaning CNN, who had biases all up in there and are the personal champions of the "Russia hacked the election" narrative says that the Russia story is pretty much bullshit, you probably should begin thinking again... But to each his own.
Comment has been collapsed.
At least the sentence "Russia interfered with the election" (in some way) is still a fact, right? This was said to be a fact by the intelligence community. Not sure why that should be different now.
The Russia investigation is still ongoing, as I said. So, until it is completed, I think it doesn't make sense to rule anything out completely.
From Comey's statement it is also pretty clear (not proven, but clear to everyone with common sense), that Trump tried to get Comey to stop investigating Flynn. That alone might be obstruction of justice, right. of course they would have to really prove it (and that might be difficult).

For starters before someone goes full "omg brain washed right winged slave", just stop it... My whole family is left winged, to the bone. My grandfather was part of the left winged socialistic party in a very high post, so don't give me that BS... okay?
Okay. Dear moderators, as it's clear that you support left wing views ONLY and no other, I would like to just say. I had proof that the whole "neo nazi" accident, was actually ANTIFA and left wing propaganda, obviously I had 2 weeks ban and that proof was magically removed by the internet, because it was considered racist.
Which leads me back to a memory moment... I am racist for using the world APE to someone who I don't even know the race of? Strange, I used the world as the original meaning. Aka a monkey, or comparing someone's intellectual level to such, not by race or any bs you might think of... Basically you're the racist for thinking it's a racial slur, because some random wiki page said so... The same wiki page that claims that "Apple" is a racial slur... Meanwhile I don't see you banning iPhone users... I mean Apple after all, racial slur and stuff... GO go you wiki page using as proof!
So clearly this "Gaming" website, is just one more place where left wing can spread their propaganda. 5 years, never got a punishment suddenly, I talk against the left and I get 4 bans! 3 from which are from over an year ago posts... MIRACLE! And later you go with the "We got lots of reports which go back a year"... BS, there's no chance all my reports to end up in the same period, especially if the dates of each had 6 months difference, just GTFO with your lies.
I never actually won anything here, except few friends which I still talk to... But for the 5+ years I'm here, never saw anything else, guess that's the limit of this website.
I know I'll get perma banned, so just do it. Wasnt planning to return here anymore. I don't plan to be part of a left wing supporting community. Your job is to be neutral, instead you support a transgender left winger, because it's politically correct for the left.
You know what's your issue? You're all spoiled brats who got what they wanted for too long... Now fuck off with your scrub political whining and blaming on white and right. Trump is your president, give him a chance... and see what he does without random hate intents and you might be surprised. Hell I didn't like Macron at start, but he started to show as a proper lad...
P.S IF you plan to give me any bans, make it perma quit wasting time with 3+ 3 + 1 bans... 100% sure you'll find other JEST threads and abuse them for "reasons". Goodbye you left winged terrorists :p
