For those who wanna buy CoD: Ghosts!

Do you think that people read with it, will not buy the game COD, and want BF4? most of the people that like the series will continue to buy COD games. BF series died with the release of BF3, because the best part is considered a classic BF2.

I'd like to see one of these CoD vs. BF threads where someone actually recommends something entirely different instead of one vs. the other.

i'm not a fan of Cod, i'm more of BF series (have 2, badcompany2+expansion, 3 and 4)

bf4 is amazing... but i want a objective answer about Blackops and ghosts.

Bought Ghosts because I haven't played CoD in a few years and felt like trying it out again...boy was that a mistake. Should of just gotten BF4 but now I gotta dish out more money.

Is this really another Cod bashing BF boasting thread? you fanboys are almost as disastrous as the Console idiots. you like what you like and you don't what you don't. Either way, both games are cut and paste versions of previous versions. It's like Samsung Galaxy drones and Iphone idiots trying to battle it out. Sorry to break it to you all. Gameplay is subjective. I don't really play either of the games, but I played one of the CoDs (I think MW1 or MW2) in single player, and I played BF3 single player, and I have to say BF3 single player was shit, whereas CoD single player wasn't too bad.

Look, while your opinion is appreciated, it looks like that you're trying to force it on others (with CAPS on and all). Opinions vary and so do tastes. And why do people always have to pick BF over COD and vice versa? How about both or none of them or some other shooter - Red Orchestra 2, Arma 2/3, the upcoming Titanfall...? (As for me, I kinda gave up COD since MW2 and BF since BF3 - guess the innovation does not suit me.)

The only thing Battlefield 4 has going for it is graphics. It still lacks destruction and it only adds a little bit of stuff the community asked for BF3. I assure you, the reason you're so anal about the situation is because neither of the games are very different from their last and you simply notice the lack of improvements for CoD. Honestly, I think BF4 is a mess. To my knowledge, people can counter knife to kill you. Why? Why make knifing so pointless to do. Making it so they push you off is one thing, but making it so suddenly they can kill you? People didn't knife as it is, but now nobody knifes. I heard a rumor you can counter a counter knife. What the actual fuck? I do not know if that is true but it just seemed like the whole knifing thing is just either useless or a button mash fest.

So... No. You sound like all the tools that ranted about MW3 not being too different from MW2. You just made the mistake of buying two CoD's in a row :p I personally rotate between BF and CoD and so far been quite happy. The game seems worth $30, so I might pick it up for that price for aliens alone. xD

I don't know. I wanted modern military shooter and I got one. No one really cares about plot in this kind of games anyway, and multiplayer is not my thing. I'm moderately satisfied with my purchase.
