If Game Maker counts, then yes , I was trying to make a couple of games (mostly platformers), but always got bored very fast, and abandoned every single project. Most complete one was about ninja, and it had a working menu, almost-complete main hub (saving room, spending exp points), and shitty graphics.

yes, when i was a kid i created so many games using my imagination and toys, one of these "games" was to grab 2 cars and crash them at each other face-to-face, the one flipping over looses, one remaining intact wins. Good times, good times...
As for technology stuff, nope, i did create "mini-games" inside games, like using the tools inside a game to create my own rules and map edits, like a mod. Done this quite alot and i'm proud of one of them, did a matchmaking set in halo 3 for racing across maps i built with those mongoose bikes or w/e they call them. Had alot of fun messing with the maps, building up tracks in warzones, glitching maps to my taste, make traps and force people to restart if they fall for them...

No, but I'm learning to program for that exact reason (though I did start to make a crappy excuse for a text adventure). I've made other small programs in C++ and Java though.

Yes, long time ago...the game was made with rpg maker, and talks about the life of an ordinary boy in an ordinary school, dealing with stuff and people. Sometimes i want to return into that project

Yeah, a game with two friends for a class at university, made in C++ with OpenGL and OpenAL... was a Cannon Fodder type, with the map from above, enemies going coming at you and little map objectives to go to the next level... we made 3 small levels, a forest/grassland one, a ruined temple one and a snowy landscape one. I believe we took the arts from RPGmaker, modified with PS and Gimp...
Was tough to do from scratch in the small time given but it was fun as hell!

Currently working on one (whenever I have some free time to spare, I turn on Unity and add some stuff). The idea is to create this kind of futuristic/survival/horror thingy. However, I lack experience in many areas necessary so the project moves quite slowly xD
Some screenshots xD
