Yea, I feel you on the cable guys, I had a few issues in the past year with this place... When the guy gets here it's almost like I have to do his job for him... suggesting solutions and tests that I'd think would be basic knowledge, considering I'm no expert.
I did get 1 good guy out of three though that seemed to at least be on the ball... I still think this building needs new cable run, I think it's damaged.
Oops, got so busy on my tangent I forgot to also say congrats on level 9 and a likely no thx on the puzzles. (from your responses I'm figuring it's at least a time sink, or some trick I don't wanna mess with)

Yeah, the cable guy seem to stink, however, 30 people solved it in under 2 hours... that says something about the simplicity. Even more solved the first step the ITH in that time :D

so it's kind of awesome that i hit level 9 and got 1500 games at nearly the same time... i mean they were both this week
so that's kinda cool, but aside from that i've been having some Dark times trying to get cable internet to my house
first we are serviceable then we are not serviceable, now we are again, i'm really not sure what is going on, but i'm really
really tired of it. all the technicians i've had to deal with have pissed me off, though the sales people are lovely.
the Souls of the technicians, however, can Prepare To be destroyed when i find them... it's been extremely frustrating
and i honestly hope they can figure out their crap. i mean how hard can it be to connect a cable to a house from a drop
point that is less than 500 feet away? does someone have to Die to make it happen? is this stupid technicians funniest
screwball Edition or something?
but enough complaining, honestly i love this place and that's why i make puzzles... to tortu-... er reward people for being
a part of the community. honestly i think this puzzle is pretty easy if you're paying attention. and i did that because i just
wanted an excuse to feed my addiction and well all of you whom have ever pressed received have helped me get here

Step 1
If you scanned the text below the puzzle description, there were 6 words that were capitalized. They were the only 6 words capitalized in the entire text: Dark Souls Prepare To Die Edition
Step 2:
If you continued to the next GA that was for those of you who couldn't enter Dark Souls, there was spoiler text that was merely a 5 character GA code. If you applied it correctly it would lead you to the next GA like so: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/dDRkV/ <-- Final slash is very important
Step 3:
The Next GA required a little more information, it was a hidden link that you had to view the source of the page to find, if you did, you found the following: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/OIAgG/
Step 4:
This step was a combination of step 2 and 3, you needed to find the hidden text and then construct your own link with the 5 character code like so: flikl --> http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/flikl/ <--- Again Final slash is very important
Step 5 (Final Step):
