You're sitting there, playing that CoD game you just won from me, smacktalking your opponents, and their mothers, and feeling all macho. And then a wasp enters your room. What do you do?

A wasp enters your room, what do you do?

View Results
Scream and flail my arms wildly
Freeze. If I don't move it can't see me. Right?
Leave the room. Hopefully it will find its way out soon. An hour should be enough.
Grab the vacuum cleaner. I'll get the little devil!
Start throwing books at it from the other side of the room. Who cares about collateral damage, that thing needs to die!
Quickly hide under the nearest blanket and stay there for the rest of the day

I don't know why people are so afraid of wasps, unless you're allergic to their venom they're pretty harmless. When a wasp enters house I try to make it go out through the window or the front door by waving hand at it, if it's stubborn then I'll use insecticide. When I'm outside and they fly around me I just ignore them because they never attack. I think I was stung by a wasp only once or twice in my life and it happened back when I was a kid.

When I see a hornet though I run like hell and don't look back. Unless he enters house then I take insecticide and spray like crazy.

+1, hornets are fucking creepy. Luckily never had that thing sting me. Had once from a wasp though, I was a kid and stepped on it, didn't see it, sure felt it but it wasn't that bad anyway.
I suspect most of that "omagad a wasp/spider, kill it with fire, bomb the house, move to another continent" reactions are just learned reactions, because it's cool/meme something something to react to it like that. The thing with people like us (well, as much as I know you) is that we don't give much shit about what society does, and don't copy their reactions.

Wasps like sweet stuff, so it's common that they are crawling in bakeries in the summer. So it's not that hard to buy sweetroll, start to eat without thinking and have wasp in your mouth :D

My dad's coworker is allergic to vasps venom... and he did the stuff that I described above. His whole mouth, tongue and throat swelled and had go to the hospital >_<

I roll a D20 and attack with my sword (flyswatter). I get a natural 20, which is a critical hit! The sword slices into the wasp, causing its wings to pop off! It emits a weak 'bzzzz' before falling to the ground, dead. I hear a sound to the right of me, and look up. Suddenly I see a horde (5) of flesh-stinging beasts! Grasping the hilt (flyswatter handle) tightly, I roll for initiative (bump).

Open the window and continue as normal. If it lands on me I certainly don't make any sudden movements though lol

I sit, in my desolate room, no lights, no music,
Just WASPSSS,
I've killed everyone,
I'm away forever, but I'm feeling better,
How do I feel,
What do I say... :P

Uhh or you can just do nothing... You know the chance of wasp to attack you is so little. I know that is very nasty creature but still.. I never panic when i see one. Just do your stuff and at some point the wasp will leave.
P.S. Do not try do guide it to the window.

When it's sitting against the window I put a drinking glass over it. Then shove a piece of paper over the opening of the glass. Then I release it outside.
And everybody is happy :)

I'll watch it trying to escape by hitting itself in the window until it gets tired and falls down on my desk (right bellow the window). Happens all the time if I forget to close my door and the door to the garden xD

I'll track it to see where it decide to sit then will use a slipper or shoe to kill it quickly.

I find a flaw with your statement, for once the wasp enters the room, it is no longer mine, and I make best speed to some place else through a Window or Door, which ever keeps me farthest away from the rooms new owner.

Grab my only can of hairspray and spray the little <beep>. It makes them all sticky so they can't fly and then it's stomping time!

Single blast of water from a spray bottle, then catch it in a paper cup and toss it outside. No big deal.

I'm not scared of wasps, I just open the windows and get it out. But if it was a cockroach... I don't even wanna think about it.

There is not a better feeling than beating your opponent.
Especially in racing game (like Trackamnia) when you beat someone by 1 milisecond :)

And about wasp.
