I don't know about this particular game, but maybe you could put a buffer on the emails until it's resolved? You could either set a frequency or a delay (or both). You could also uncheck "Resend Waitlist notification with a new voucher" and "Notify about each price change".

Apparently devs can't change the sale price that often if the comment below is correct, so it probably is a bug. The emails didn't really bother me, so I wanted to let it continue because I was curious, but I guess I will just remove the game from my wishlist temporarily or stop the notifications for this one game on ITAD.

Ah, I didn't know that, that's for pointing that out. Either way, I have not experienced this issue because I like consolidated deals so I have both a delay and a frequency limit. Must be something wrong on their end, then.

I didn't know there was a restriction on how often they can change prices. If that is the case, I will probably just remove the game from my wishlist temporarily or stop the notifications for this one game on ITAD.

I haven't gotten that many notifications about one specific game, but I have been getting a lot of notifications about sales/vouchers from Fanatical. I've upped the price cut notification limit, but I'm still getting way to much Fanatical spam that I'm thinking of removing the store completely from my notifications.
What do you have set under Waitlist Notification Settings?
As far as I know, I've never changed the defaults. Mine is set to "As soon as possible (right after detecting new deal)" and "Delay sending of new notification" is set to 2 hours. The description for "Delay sending of new notification" says:
Delaying notifications may also prevent getting notifications about glitched prices, that are quickly fixed.

I have it set to notify me if the game is at least 80% off and under $3. It is set to "As soon as possible" and "Do not delay".
I don't think those settings should matter though. I have hundreds of games on my wishlist that work fine, but just this one game that I keep getting the same price notification for every 20 minutes. I could set a notification delay, but I would have the same problem just less often. I also don't want a delay because I don't mind getting multiples emails in a short amount of time if other games go on sale.
I have been using their notifications for years without any issues and someone else commented above about having the same issue with a different game, so there is some kind of bug on their site.

I use IsThereAnyDeal to get notifications when a game on my wishlist is in a bundle or on sale with over a certain discount and I have been getting an email about every 20 minutes for Rogue Legacy. I have received 29 emails in the past 9 or 10 hours.
I don't know if there is a bug with their site or if the dev keeps changing the price on Steam. I'm wondering if the dev created some kind of script to keep stopping and starting the sale to keep triggering alerts for people that use sites like this. I would just remove the game from my wishlist, but I am curious to see how long it keeps happening.
I emailed ITAD, maybe they will look into it and respond.
Edit: Apparently you cannot change the price of your game on Steam that often so it probably isn't the dev and someone else is having the same issue with a different game, so there must be a bug on ITAD. I just dropped the notification price for this one game down below what the sale currently is to stop the notifications.
Update: I got an email response from the site saying that the issue has been fixed.
