Uplay - Tropico 5 order cancelled - did anyone else experience that?

Sorry to bump this, but I'm guessing no one has received anything yet? Well it's coming out soon so at least we don't have to wait that long...

It is probably a steam key.

Mine has now been cancelled.

yep, same here. Although I believe they cancelled only TROPICO 5 because PR3 and Anno are still in the order (not delivered yet). Oh, and ubi doesn't bother to answer my ticket for over a week.
"Nice" service..

Funny how they mention .. "Cancelled for the following reason :".. then it's just blank

No reasons mentioned. I've received messages that Anno Gold and Port Royale 3 were activated on my account on May, 11, but I don't see them in my Games list. And no refund yet :) Ubisoft never changes.
Got Tropico 5 in Steam anyway - good game is worth every cent spent on it.

Has anybody actually recieved a refund ?!

All ubi has done has turned me away from every purchasing from them again, i dont care if it was a glitch in the system, you honour an agreement when it is made.

They have not = no more purchases from me ever xD

I've just received another email - they're offering -75% discount on any of this games: Anno Gold, Settlers 7, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Assassin’s Creed 3 Special Edition. Discount code eligible till June, 2. Also, they're offering to pre-order Tropico 5 for full price (mentioning free Anno Gold and Port Royale 3, so I guess I won't see them).

Got the same message everyone else is getting. I can guarantee that i won't be buying from them again in the future!

edit:It seems that Ubisoft tries best to secure their profit unlike what Valve does.

My payment went through, however, I've just got a message explaining the price glitch and offering a 20% coupon for TRopico 5 instead:
