This.
Let me share with you a story.
Prom night, 2012. My best friend decided she could save money by buying from a chinese overseas retailer.
The dress was made. Sent. received.
It was a curtain, stitched into a dress.
She sent for customer support. There was none.
The moral? Dont buy stuff from Chinese people.

Not... in this sense... the sense being a playful sarcasm.

Or at the very least buy from places where you have some recourse if there's a problem, or from retailers that have a large reach and as a result have customer service assets in place. And use a credit card, so if you don't get what you purchased you can dispute it with your credit card company. That's what they're there for.

Like I said, wait. That's all you can do.
Making forum posts and complaining won't fix anything. GGG has fixed their problems in the past and will likely send you a new key, but you have to give them time to get to your support ticket.
EDIT: It looks like your CC was rejected. That could be for a number of reasons, the most likely one being your CC company is not actively doing business wherever the retailer is located. Sometimes credit cards from some countries are rejected in other ones or by specific retailers.

Just to clarify, this problem doesn't seem to be on GGG's end -- it's on your credit card company's end. It looks like you're Czech, so it's possible whatever company you use doesn't have the proper framework set up to do business with wherever GGG is based.
For example, I'm American and have a Discover, American Express, and Visa. In France, my Discover card is not accepted while my Amex is. In Japan, my Amex isn't accepted by my Visa is.

I've had the same problem when paying with debit cards at GetGames, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. The times it didn't work the payment system wasn't sending me to the Verified by Visa system to enter my verification password (but when it worked I was prompted to enter my password). I mentioned this to their support several months ago but it seems nothing has changed.
Using Paypal to pay have always worked for me at GetGames though.

Hi, today i buy Serious Sam 3 there: http://www.getgamesgo.com/
And I got bad CDkey...
Their support without reaction...
Anybody else this problem with them?
Edit:
Now they reply:
Hi there
Unfortunately, the card you used on this order was rejected after purchase. The code was automatically cancelled and the card has not been charged.
I have no idea why it was rejected - card companies don't pass on that information - but it is normally due to 'suspicious activity' - purchase from somewhere 'outside customer's pattern', etc etc.
Was it bought by you or by someone else on your behalf?
Kind regds
I must check my card but for now nothing there...
