Uninstall the app, open https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage and click "Deauthorize all other devices", just in case your steam credentials are being used by that app. Then change your steam password.
http://www.steamidlemaster.com/ is a very popular OPEN SOURCE application which is by all accounts respects security. It only runs on the PC though, not your phone.

I've used it for years and haven't had a problem.
You still have to send your own regular trade requests.
The site just finds them and marks STM users and also optionally people from your friend's list.
edit to add that they actively kick anyone that solicits additional payment or is a jerk, etc.
edit2 to add that it now deletes you from the index if you don't use it for a while (I forget how many days)

I've been thinking about idling my big stupid library someday, this looks like it will make things more fun and easy. I couldn't imagine bothering my friends for card trades.

Yeah, i used it for a while and it really was a handy tool.I also don't like bugging my friend,bugging unknowns is always more fun :) It's not bugging though, as the people trading there choose to do so :) Good luck on that library though, it took me upwards of 3 weeks for my "little" library :)

SteamTradeMatcher is legit and does not cause Invite spam since most people have set their Steam Trade Token which allows you to send Trades to people you're not friends with.
The only downside I could think of is that it only allows 1:1 swaps within the same set so you can't swap 2 cards of the same market value from different sets.

Thats the official SteamPowers App. SteamPowers works as well as TremorGames, I am registered for over 2 years on both sites. It has another name because they plan to change the name/domain for quite some time and will switch the label to GameTame soon. That said, they dont have control over anything the offerwalls provide. There may be malware included. Only download apps or software with sandboxie or with bluestacks not with your everyday phone/pc

I've also used SCE for years and while it can be very slow during events it's one of the few sites that saves your credits on trades for future use (another being scrap.tf). For example, you can trade in 24 cent event cards then come back a week later and get 3 x 8 cent common cards. It does charge bid/ask spread like the Steam Community Market but that's a bargain for me vs wasting time in chat looking for a match.
By contrast, most sites pocket any over pays and give no credit (eg trade.tf & dispenser.tf bots) but then scream bloody murder when somebody does it back to them.
