I checked... only Thief is bundled and Rocket League was put in bundle couple days ago... rest of the games are non-bundled or from humble monthly (treated as non-bundled too).

Since games that were sold cheap also can become "bundled" here on the site it is very important to check in that list if you want to make sure what is what. (Still, you're not safe from games being added to that list at a later date, when a high discount becomes known.
For example Middle-Earth... had a very high discount and got added to the bundle list and now has the "bundled"-status here on steamgifts:

Also, as far as I can tell, it's just the Premium Edition of LEGO® Batman™3: Beyond Gotham that's been bundled.

Then that may be an oversight- they always bundle "lower" versions of games, to prevent you from posting a bundled 'premium' edition as an unbundled base game [which you would be completely within the rules to do]. (Source: Staff comments and previous implementation of bundling on several base games.)
As such, that's something you may not want to risk, if CV is on your mind.

Wasteland 2 on HB monthly, payday 2 also came out in HB Monthly but some Russian price make highly discounted game considered bundled

Fable Anniversary had a big discount during Summer sale and it got bundled because of the Russian prices probably.

I will be a father in 2 maybe 3 weeks! I will have a son :D
And I want to do something special on this occasion and because this is a giveaway site i want to giveaway games... a lot of them! There is a list of 20 non-bundled games which I can afford now (maybe except GTA V - but i will try to get it). I wanted giveaway games like Just Cause 3, Hitman 2016, Mafia III, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided but they are too expensive in my region right now :( (I want to giveaway 30-50 games so i prefer buy 3, 5 or 7 other games than 1 of these) The list above must be enough then :)
I will giveaway 10 games with the highest number of votes from here + 20 maybe 40 bundled games (mostly tier 2 and 3). So there will be a 30-50 wagon train :D
Voting will last 7 days, then i will try to get all the games (next 7 days) and then we will start :D So le't begin!
