I think you may have received a Gleam ban,perhaps because you used a script or an addon/extension ,some time ago people who used a script to automatically do the tasks got banned for a month and the message they were receiving was exactly the one you are getting.
If you contact the Gleam support they should tell you what's the problem and perhaps for how much time you got banned.
