Steamgifts doesn't see the group

It happens every now and then. If I remember correctly the only thing you can do is wait as it is some buggy behavior of Steam's API. At some point your group will show up.

other than forcing sync there's not much to do. i don't think that support would be much more help with this, this is steam issue not sg

Don't forget to synch. your account at https://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/profile
That don't help in all cases but in some.
If that don't help you can only wait till it ends.

Just in case, have you synch your account? Do it a few times, just in case.

Yeah, had the same problem (the first time in my 6th year here on SG ^^) but after a couple of syncs it worked again for me.
