They announced a while ago that it was Enter the Dominatrix, although I'm uncertain why they didn't change the achievement text (though there is still plenty of time for that)

Also, Enter the Dominatrix was never DLC, it was a stand alone expansion pack that they chose to delay a year and expand into a full sequel.

Its not the missing DLC no. It's what the missing DLC would have been + about 1000% more gameplay.

I never got to play it on a console sadly, so my PC adventures in it were .. let's say crazy enough. When you can make a 360 degree turn in a car in <0.5 second, you don't see a happy medium. And that's even if the random shenanigans and intended crazy isn't as obvious.
