Just got Scammed on Steam by this dude.... Be careful.

So yeah, tittle says it all.
I just got Scammed on Steam.
I was searching for someone that was willing to trade TF2 keys for Battlefield 4.

I found a guy that had it.
Plus, he had reputation on the profile on Steamtrades and his Steam profile.
So, I contacted him and chated with him.

So, yeah, that's the conversation. As you can see, this individual just took my keys and it's gone now.

I feel so ing bad right now.
I need to work a whole ing week 8 hours a day to make the money he just stole me...

i have the same situation...just give your friends his profile link and have them report him...were reported by alot of persons, steam will block him from trade.

I hate scammers as much as you, regardless of the output, I was going to report him.
In that situation, I was going to say whatever I needed to get the keys back and be done with that idiot to report him.

Did you really check his steamtrades profile??? Did you checked, if his profile is on your friend list, because if you just checked the profile, he could have gave you another ones steamtrades profile...

Jesus man, that's painful. I'm sorry it went down like this for you. Seeing however as it's your first time being scammed (we all been there, I gave away my $15 game gift for a COH 2 Multiplayer key xD) and only found out about it a month later when I installed it. I couldn't even remember the name of the fucking trader that scammed me. I've since learnt that when it comes to keys, an official middleman is less risky, coz they hold both items for a time and only hand over the keys once there's proof that the key works.
