I said this would happen in the other thread that announced their new lawsuit.

Good riddance. Although they'll probably try again under a different name like they've done in the past.

Good riddance. I hope I can still sell trading cards from their games though.

Man, that's what you get for being a bunch d*cks.

Jim Sterling is now happy! Gaben listened to us and showed these guys a lesson and now we have less shovelware games on steam!

Good riddance.

Gabe has better things to do than working.
Valve did not listen or even consider the community opinion: If they had, restrictions would have to be made on Greenlight so DH can't just jump in with a different name whenever it pleases, or any other dev in the same level for that matter.
Valve simply responded to the (attempt) suit, best and quickest way the now how

I know it was Valve that responded, not Gaben. I was just expressing my thoughts on how happy I was that DH got the thing they deserved.

Because Steam Greenlight accepts any developer - good and bad. The only reason these other games from different bad developers are not removed, because: 1. There are too many of them. And 2. These guys are silent and do not make controversies like DH did. DH on the other hand did this publicly and being hostile towards the community and Jim Sterling. And by doing this legal thing with Jim and the Steam community was the last straw for Valve to come on over and shut them down for good.

Seeking Legal Representation
many text

If I try to defend myself against said actions then I lose my family's income. If it wasn't for 2 years of experience of dealing with Steam on a regular basis, this disgusting stance would seem shocking to me. The only thing that prevented me seeking legal counsel for a long list of breach of contracts, interference with business, and anti-trust issues was the fear of losing my family's income. Since that has been taken away I am seeking legal representation. The case will benefit from a long list of organized documentation of events that have happened over the past 2 years including dates, screenshots, emails, and more on over 100 infractions in need of litigation. Legal counsel interested in our case can contact us at

they still try to go on and didn't learn anything out of it

The best thing to come out of this case is me learning that the .ninja domain exists.
