Yeah. It seems like if I have only 1 game, it's free, but if I have 2 or more there is a minimum 1 cent total... even if the total of all items are less than $2. Weird :)

I don't doubt that you did, but for me I have tested it (slowly, painfully) and the discount is always 1 cent less than the subtotal when I've got more than 1 item added to the cart. I'm using USD currency, maybe it's some rounding error on their side. I'll try changing to EUR or HKD when the site is back up. :)
edit: that was it. I changed from USD to EUR and now it's free :)
