Your best call will probably be the CS:GO key. There's Dead Rising 2: Off the Record for about 2,5€ and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris for 1,5€ as well.

I managed to grab "Escape Dead Island Steam CD Key" and a random CSGO skin (I already had € 0.26 store credit).
Received a € 0.03 skin.. lol.. and that Escape Dead Island key (Aktivierungscode... It must be German :P)
Failed to activate it on Steam, because the key was wrong (??).It took a minute or 2 to fail.. It took quite a while..
Now I need to wait some more to try to activate that key again... I hope it isn't a German locked code. :/

Usually when codes are locked you just change your download location and it should work. Has worked a few times for me
